基于城市軌道交通換乘的公共自行車租賃點選址規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:在城市機動化水平日益提高,交通壓力越來越大的宏觀背景下,構(gòu)建選址科學、布局合理的公共自行車系統(tǒng),并加強城市軌道交通與公共自行車該兩種交通方式的換乘銜接;一方面可以提高以城市軌道交通為主的公共交通在整個城市交通系統(tǒng)中的吸引力與競爭力,促進綠色交通、低碳交通的健康發(fā)展;另一方面也能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)城市交通出行方式的多元化發(fā)展,提高城市交通出行效率。首先,本文在闡述公共自行車系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展與研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,分析得出科學、合理的選址對于提升公共自行車系統(tǒng)應用效果的作用,并提出完善城市軌道交通與公共自行車的換乘銜接對于完成“最后1公里”的交通出行意義重大。其次,本文在總結(jié)了城市軌道交通特性和公共自行車系統(tǒng)功能定位的基礎上,對兩種交通方式的換乘特性,主要是不同功能租賃點的覆蓋范圍進行了研究分析。再次,本文將公共自行車作為一種出行方式,利用實際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析得到換乘軌道交通出行者選擇出行方式的影響因素,獲得杭州市三個具有代表性的租賃點公共自行車借還需求特征;在此基礎上,利用多項Logit模型,建立公共自行車需求預測模型。然后,根據(jù)公共自行車租賃點選址影響因素以及原則,并在分析總結(jié)常用選址模型的優(yōu)缺點的基礎上,利用雙層規(guī)劃模型布設公共自行車租賃點,得到本文的選址規(guī)劃方法并提出求解算法。其中在下層模型中,本文借鑒阻抗函數(shù)的基本原理,結(jié)合公共自行車租賃點同時存在借車與還車的兩種需求的現(xiàn)實情況,構(gòu)建改進的公共自行車備選租賃點時間阻抗函數(shù),從而建立出行總時間最小模型。最后,通過構(gòu)建以杭州市地鐵錢江路站為中心的規(guī)劃區(qū)域的實際算例,驗證本文建立的雙層模型及其求解算法的可行性,得到該區(qū)域內(nèi)換乘地鐵的公共自行車租賃點布設方案;通過利用實際調(diào)查得到的周轉(zhuǎn)率計算預測公共自行車租賃點初始規(guī)模,包括自行車及停車樁的配置數(shù)量。通過對比現(xiàn)有租賃點布設情況,分析得出根據(jù)本文選址規(guī)劃方法得到的租賃點布設方案,進一步提升了以軌道交通站點為中心區(qū)域內(nèi)的公共自行車系統(tǒng)租賃點規(guī)模預測及選址布局的合理性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing motorization level and increasing traffic pressure, a scientific public bicycle system with scientific location and reasonable layout should be constructed, and the transfer connection between urban rail transit and public bicycle should be strengthened. On the one hand, it can improve the attraction and competitiveness of urban rail transit in the whole urban transportation system, promote the healthy development of green transportation and low-carbon transportation; On the other hand, it can realize the diversified development of urban transportation travel mode and improve the efficiency of urban transportation travel. First of all, on the basis of expounding the development and research status of public bicycle system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the role of scientific and reasonable location to improve the application effect of public bicycle system. It is also pointed out that it is of great significance to complete the "last 1 kilometer" transportation trip by perfecting the transfer connection between urban rail transit and public bicycle. Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of urban rail transit and the function orientation of the public bicycle system, this paper studies and analyzes the transfer characteristics of the two modes of transportation, mainly the coverage of different function rental points. Thirdly, this paper takes the public bicycle as a kind of travel mode, using the actual investigation data analysis to get the factors that affect the choice of travel mode for passengers of rail transit. The characteristics of public bicycle demand at three typical rental sites in Hangzhou are obtained, and on this basis, a forecasting model of public bicycle demand is established by using multiple logit models. Then, according to the influencing factors and principles of public bicycle rental site location, and on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of common location model, the public bicycle rental point is set up by using the bilevel programming model. The location planning method in this paper is obtained and an algorithm is proposed. In the lower layer model, this paper uses the basic principle of impedance function for reference, and combines with the reality that there are two kinds of demand for the rental point of public bicycle at the same time, and constructs the improved time impedance function of the alternative rental point of public bicycle. Thus, the minimum travel time model is established. Finally, a practical example of the planning area of Hangzhou Metro Qianjiang Road Station is built to verify the feasibility of the bilevel model and its solution algorithm, and get the layout scheme of the public bicycle rental point for the transfer subway in this area. The initial scale of public bicycle rental points, including the allocation of bicycles and parking piles, is predicted by the calculation of the turnover rate obtained from the actual investigation. Based on the comparison of the present location of lease points, the scheme of location planning is obtained. Furthermore, the prediction of the scale of the public bicycle system rental point and the rationality of the location layout of the public bicycle system in the center area of the rail transit station are further improved.
