【摘要】：隨著集裝箱化的不斷加深以及集裝箱船舶的大型化的不斷發(fā)展,集裝箱港口的貨物吞吐量與日俱增,集裝箱港區(qū)內(nèi)部的交通已經(jīng)面臨很大的承載壓力。為了應(yīng)對(duì)港區(qū)內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的運(yùn)輸任務(wù)而投入更多的集卡,使得港區(qū)道路上的車(chē)輛數(shù)目更加膨脹,完全背離了提升運(yùn)輸效率的初衷。這就意味著在既有的港區(qū)規(guī)劃和道路布局情況下,要提升運(yùn)輸效率就要轉(zhuǎn)變以往增加運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛和優(yōu)化行駛路徑的思路,從運(yùn)輸?shù)慕M織模式上著手解決問(wèn)題。本文正是為了達(dá)到這一目的,將在公路運(yùn)輸上存在明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的甩掛運(yùn)輸這種模式應(yīng)用到集裝箱港區(qū)內(nèi)部。本文首先對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)恼w運(yùn)作體系相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)幕靖拍詈桶l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)略概述,并詳盡地闡述了甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)牟煌\(yùn)作模式的特點(diǎn)和適用的環(huán)境。接著通過(guò)對(duì)集裝箱港區(qū)的水平運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的分析,結(jié)合集卡作業(yè)的特點(diǎn),改進(jìn)了已有的車(chē)輛調(diào)度問(wèn)題的模型,使之適合于本文所采用的甩掛運(yùn)輸這一模式,建立了集裝箱港區(qū)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)能?chē)輛調(diào)度模型并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的算法。最后通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)算例,應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的車(chē)輛調(diào)度方式以及本文所研究的甩掛運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛調(diào)度方式進(jìn)行分別求解,并對(duì)兩個(gè)方案的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出甩掛運(yùn)輸模式下的車(chē)輛調(diào)度對(duì)節(jié)省車(chē)輛運(yùn)輸距離,減少車(chē)輛使用數(shù)目、避免進(jìn)行裝卸等待等影響港區(qū)內(nèi)部運(yùn)輸效率的諸多方面都表現(xiàn)出了極大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of containerization and the continuous development of container ships, the throughput of container ports is increasing, and the internal traffic of container ports has been faced with great pressure. In order to cope with the more and more transportation tasks in the port area, more and more card-gathering cards are invested, which makes the number of vehicles on the road in the port area more inflated, which completely deviates from the original intention of improving the transportation efficiency. This means that under the existing port planning and road layout, in order to improve transport efficiency, we should change the train of thought of increasing the number of vehicles and optimizing the driving path, and solve the problem from the mode of transportation organization. In order to achieve this goal, this paper applies the mode of hanging transport, which has obvious advantages in highway transportation, to the container port area. In this paper, first of all, the whole operation system of swing and hanging transport related theories are analyzed. The basic concepts and development status of swing and hanging transportation are briefly summarized, and the characteristics and applicable environment of different operation modes of swing and hanging transportation are expounded in detail. Then, by analyzing the horizontal transportation system in container port area and combining the characteristics of card gathering operation, the existing vehicle scheduling model is improved to make it suitable for the model of swing and hang transportation adopted in this paper. The vehicle dispatching model and the corresponding algorithm are established. Finally, an experimental example is designed to solve the problem by using the traditional vehicle scheduling method and the vehicle scheduling method studied in this paper, and the results of the two schemes are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the vehicle scheduling in the mode of swing and hanging has great advantages in saving the distance between the vehicles, reducing the number of vehicles used, avoiding loading and unloading waiting and so on, which affect the efficiency of internal transportation in the port area.
