熱拌與溫拌再生瀝青混合料使用性能比較研究

【摘要】:為了對比分析熱拌與溫拌再生瀝青混合料使用性能,開展了不同RAP摻量的熱拌與溫拌再生瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性能、水穩(wěn)定性、抗壓回彈模量及劈裂強度等使用性能試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:與熱拌再生瀝青混合料相比,溫拌的高溫性能優(yōu)勢明顯,但低溫抗裂性能略差,且隨RAP摻量的增加,無論是熱拌還是溫拌,其高溫性能均提高顯著,而其低溫抗裂性能卻不斷降低;兩種混合料的15℃和20℃抗壓回彈模量與15℃劈裂抗拉強度均隨RAP摻量的增加而增大,相同RAP摻量下,熱拌值略大于溫拌值?傊,除低溫抗裂性隨RAP摻量的增加稍減小外,其它各項性能指標均有不同程度地提高。
[Abstract]:In order to compare and analyze the performance of hot mix and warm mix recycled asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of hot mix and warm mix recycled asphalt mixture with different rap content were carried out. Test of compressive resilience modulus and splitting strength. The test results show that compared with hot mix and recycled asphalt mixture, the high temperature performance of warm mix is obvious, but the low temperature crack resistance is slightly poor, and with the increase of rap content, the high temperature performance of hot mix and warm mix is improved significantly.
