橋梁工程泡沫塑料永久性內(nèi)模技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國道路的交通量和荷載重量日益增加,相應(yīng)用于交通的使用空間日益減少,橋梁設(shè)計(jì)向著大空間、大跨度的結(jié)構(gòu)形式發(fā)展,空心式橋梁就是其中一種廣泛應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)過多年的工程實(shí)踐,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于橋梁內(nèi)模施工技術(shù)的局限性,造成了橋梁的整體性不足、耐久度低、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)厚度不足和鋼筋保護(hù)層不足等問題。為了解決這類問題,有部分橋梁工程借鑒房建工程中永久性模板的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),將永久性模板引入到橋梁工程的施工中去,并進(jìn)行了多種嘗試,如木制永久性內(nèi)模、橡膠囊永久性內(nèi)模、PVC管永久性內(nèi)模、混凝土薄壁芯管永久性內(nèi)模等。本文調(diào)查報(bào)道了目前橋梁工程永久性內(nèi)模技術(shù)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,通過對比傳統(tǒng)施工工藝,對泡沫塑料永久性內(nèi)模應(yīng)用到橋梁工程的可行性和相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了研究;運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法和試驗(yàn)法對泡沫塑料內(nèi)模的設(shè)計(jì)、制作與工程施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究;經(jīng)過在工程實(shí)例中的應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了該技術(shù)理論的正確性,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。該技術(shù)通過工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),形成省級工法,并獲評全國市政工程科學(xué)技術(shù)獎。該研究成果為橋梁工程內(nèi)模施工提供了新的解決方案,為今后同類型的橋梁工程內(nèi)模施工提供了可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為橋梁工程永久性內(nèi)模的發(fā)展提供了一個新的方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing traffic volume and load weight of roads in our country, the corresponding space for transportation is decreasing day by day. The design of bridges is developing towards the structural form of large space and long span. The hollow bridge is one of the widely used designs. After many years of engineering practice, it is found that due to the limitation of bridge internal formwork construction technology, the bridge is short of integrity, low durability, insufficient thickness of concrete structure and insufficient protective layer of steel bar, etc. In order to solve this kind of problem, some bridge engineering draw lessons from the successful experience of the permanent formwork in the house construction project, introduce the permanent formwork into the construction of the bridge engineering, and carry on many kinds of attempts, such as the wooden permanent internal mold, Rubber bag permanent internal model PVC pipe permanent internal model, concrete thin-walled core pipe permanent internal model. In this paper, the development and present situation of permanent internal model technology in bridge engineering are investigated and reported, and the feasibility and related problems of the application of foam plastic permanent internal mold in bridge engineering are studied by comparing with the traditional construction technology. The design, manufacture and engineering construction technology of foamed plastic internal mold were studied by using the method of literature and experiment, and the correctness of the technology theory was verified by the application in engineering example, and the expected purpose was achieved. Based on the experience of engineering practice, the technology forms provincial engineering method, and is awarded the national municipal engineering science and technology award. The research results provide a new solution for the internal model construction of bridge engineering, and provide a new direction for the development of the permanent internal model of the bridge engineering, which can be used for reference for the same type of bridge engineering internal model construction in the future.
