基于SLP和梯形模糊數(shù)的瀝青熱再生拌合站設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:通過對現(xiàn)有廠拌熱再生瀝青拌合站的工藝過程及存在問題進(jìn)行分析,將再生瀝青拌合站進(jìn)行有根據(jù)的單元細(xì)化,通過SLP方法對拌合廠進(jìn)行定量的設(shè)施布置,得到若干可行的布置方案,同時建立梯形直覺模糊數(shù)決策模型進(jìn)行方案的評價,梯形模糊數(shù)的表示可較全面地表達(dá)決策者對各方案的態(tài)度,有效減輕評價過程中權(quán)重確定的主觀性,再對各比選方案進(jìn)行量化分析評判,得到各方案的優(yōu)劣排序,通過與現(xiàn)有拌合站的對比分析,證實布局優(yōu)化方法的有效性,從而提供相對科學(xué)、有效的布置方案.
[Abstract]:By analyzing the technological process and existing problems of the existing plant mix hot recycled asphalt mixing plant, the unit of the regenerated asphalt mixing plant is refined, and the quantitative facility arrangement of the mixing plant is carried out by SLP method. Some feasible layout schemes are obtained, and a trapezoid intuitionistic fuzzy number decision model is established to evaluate the scheme. The representation of trapezoid fuzzy numbers can fully express the attitude of decision makers towards each scheme. The subjectivity of weight determination in the evaluation process is effectively reduced, and then the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the comparison and selection schemes are carried out, and the superiority and inferiority of each scheme are obtained. Through the comparison and analysis with the existing mixing stations, the effectiveness of the layout optimization method is verified. To provide a relatively scientific, effective layout.
