歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:歷史街區(qū)是城市歷史文化沿革變遷的實(shí)物見證,應(yīng)對其加以保護(hù),隨著城市交通需求的增加,歷史街區(qū)所承受的交通壓力也與日俱增。為了緩和交通需求和歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)之間的矛盾,使歷史街區(qū)道路在滿足歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)要求的前提下,通過合理的交通組織管理方法,滿足街區(qū)日增的交通需求,可利用歷史街區(qū)內(nèi)密布的街巷網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織交通微循環(huán)。本文首先以系統(tǒng)論的視角,從系統(tǒng)要素、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及系統(tǒng)功能三個(gè)方面論述了交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的概念;诖,結(jié)合歷史街區(qū)的特點(diǎn),探討了歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng),通過對歷史街區(qū)交通需求與交通供給矛盾的分析,論述了歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)的必要性與可行性,提出了歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)的實(shí)施目標(biāo)。其次,歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的物質(zhì)載體是街區(qū)內(nèi)部道路,然而街區(qū)內(nèi)部道路現(xiàn)狀通行條件普遍較差,需對其合理規(guī)劃,從而保證交通微循環(huán)的順利實(shí)施。本文結(jié)合對歷史街區(qū)道路交通的調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)歷史街區(qū)道路的使用功能,對歷史街區(qū)道路劃分了三個(gè)等級,并對歷史街區(qū)道路橫斷面和車行速度進(jìn)行了分級規(guī)劃,為歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)奠定了基礎(chǔ);跉v史街區(qū)道路分級規(guī)劃,論文建立了以保障干路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的暢通性,減小繞行距離、縮短繞行時(shí)間和控制環(huán)境污染為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)、以街區(qū)內(nèi)道路通暢和保護(hù)歷史遺存為約束條件的單向交通組織優(yōu)化模型,并給出了借用交通規(guī)劃軟件Trans CAD的模型求解步驟。作為綜合交通體系,歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)不應(yīng)僅考慮機(jī)動(dòng)車交通組織,本文還從慢行交通改善、公交線路規(guī)劃、停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃、市政管線改造以及歷史街區(qū)風(fēng)貌維護(hù)五個(gè)方面對歷史街區(qū)實(shí)施交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)提出了規(guī)劃與改善措施。最后給出了歷史街區(qū)交通微循環(huán)系統(tǒng)組織流程,為歷史街區(qū)交通運(yùn)輸組織提供參考。最后,本文以開封市的草市街歷史街區(qū)為實(shí)例,對研究成果的有效性和可行性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本研究得到《中西部歷史名城歷史街區(qū)空間保護(hù)與再造的交通運(yùn)輸規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法研究》國家自然科學(xué)基金(NO.51278396)的資助。
[Abstract]:The historical district is the physical witness of the evolution of urban history and culture. It should be protected. With the increase of urban traffic demand, the traffic pressure on the historical district is increasing day by day. In order to ease the contradiction between traffic demand and historic block protection, make the road of historical block meet the requirement of historic block protection, and meet the increasing traffic demand through reasonable traffic organization and management method. The traffic microcirculation can be organized by using the dense network of streets and alleys in historical blocks. In this paper, the concept of traffic microcirculation system is discussed from three aspects: system elements, system structure and system function from the perspective of system theory. Based on the analysis of the contradiction between traffic demand and traffic supply, the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of traffic microcirculation in historical district. The implementation goal of traffic microcirculation in historical district is put forward. Secondly, the material carrier of the traffic microcirculation system in the historical district is the road inside the block. However, the current situation of the road in the block is generally poor, so it needs to be reasonably planned to ensure the smooth implementation of the traffic microcirculation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the road traffic in the historical block, this paper summarizes the use function of the road in the historical block, divides the road in the historical block into three grades, and makes a hierarchical plan for the cross-section of the road and the speed of the vehicle in the historical block. It lays the foundation for the traffic microcirculation in the historical district. Based on the hierarchical planning of the road in the historical district, this paper has established the optimization goals of ensuring the smooth running of the trunk road network, reducing the detour distance, shortening the detour time and controlling the environmental pollution. This paper presents a one-way traffic organization optimization model based on the constraints of unobstructed roads and the preservation of historical relics in a block. The steps of solving the model by using Trans CAD are given. As a comprehensive traffic system, the traffic microcirculation system of historic blocks should not only consider the traffic organization of motor vehicles, but also from slow traffic improvement, bus route planning, parking facilities planning. The planning and improvement measures of the traffic microcirculation system in the historic district are put forward in five aspects: the reconstruction of municipal pipelines and the maintenance of historical district features. Finally, the organization flow of the traffic microcirculation system in the historical district is given, which provides a reference for the traffic and transportation organization in the historical district. Finally, this paper takes the historical district of Caoshi Street in Kaifeng City as an example to verify the validity and feasibility of the research results.
