風(fēng)化花崗巖地層隧道襯砌裂損分析與處理研究

【摘要】:圍巖風(fēng)化不僅能改變圍巖的礦物成分,而且能降低其強(qiáng)度,使得作用于襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)上的圍巖壓力加大,導(dǎo)致襯砌開裂,甚至發(fā)生破壞.新家洞隧道穿越地層為花崗巖地層,開挖后圍巖穩(wěn)定性好,按Ⅱ級圍巖支護(hù).但隧道建成2 a后,隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重裂損.為了研究襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)開裂原因,采用試驗(yàn)手段對裂縫周邊混凝土強(qiáng)度及花崗巖的物相成分、力學(xué)性質(zhì)等進(jìn)行測試.測試結(jié)果表明,圍巖風(fēng)化、強(qiáng)度降低是導(dǎo)致襯砌開裂的主要原因.最后,利用有限元反分析法確定圍巖物理力學(xué)參數(shù),并基于此對整治后隧道結(jié)構(gòu)安全性進(jìn)行評價(jià),從數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和現(xiàn)場實(shí)施效果看,襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)滿足強(qiáng)度要求.研究成果對類似地層中隧道設(shè)計(jì)與施工具有參考意義.
