【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)最高通航水位取值直接影響跨航道橋梁改建方案。針對(duì)平原河網(wǎng)地區(qū)跨航道橋梁改建實(shí)施難度大的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行橋梁改建案例、典型水位曲線特點(diǎn)、船舶過(guò)橋現(xiàn)狀、撞橋事故統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、內(nèi)河航道導(dǎo)助航及管理手段的發(fā)展等方面的研究,探討降低設(shè)計(jì)最高通航水位取值的可能性,并提出按通航保證率進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)最高通航水位取值,并輔以完善的交通管理系統(tǒng)的方案。該方案可作為導(dǎo)助航體系完善、管理水平較高的平原河網(wǎng)地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)最高通航水位取值參考。
[Abstract]:The design of maximum navigable water level directly affects the reconstruction scheme of cross-channel bridges. In view of the difficult problem of bridge reconstruction across waterway in plain river network area, the case of bridge reconstruction, the characteristics of typical water level curve, the current situation of ship crossing bridge, and the statistical data of collision accident are carried out. This paper studies the development of navigation aid and management means in inland waterway, discusses the possibility of reducing the value of design maximum navigable water level, and puts forward the design maximum navigable water level value according to navigation guarantee rate. And auxiliary with the perfect traffic management system plan. This scheme can be used as a reference for the design of the highest navigable water level in the plain river network area where the navigation aid system is perfect and the management level is high.
