養(yǎng)生條件對瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定度的影響

【摘要】:在各類常用的道路材料中,養(yǎng)生條件的設(shè)定通常只在水泥混凝土、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石等水硬性膠結(jié)材料強(qiáng)度形成過程中有所考慮,而針對瀝青混合料提出養(yǎng)生條件的問題還很少見。研究養(yǎng)生條件對于瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定度的影響不僅對于探究瀝青混合料強(qiáng)度發(fā)展變化規(guī)律、完善相關(guān)試驗(yàn)規(guī)程具有重要的參考價(jià)值,而且對于溫拌瀝青在道路工程中的推廣應(yīng)用也具有積極作用。對于瀝青混合料的養(yǎng)生條件,主要選擇養(yǎng)生齡期和養(yǎng)生溫度,穩(wěn)定度主要考察馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度(MS)和車轍動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度(DS)。試驗(yàn)研究選用了ACMP1溫拌瀝青、SBS改性瀝青和70#基質(zhì)瀝青,制備了AC-13C型瀝青混合料,成型了馬歇爾試件和車轍板試件,在不同齡期(1、3、5、7d)和不同溫度(20、40、60℃)的組合條件下進(jìn)行試件養(yǎng)生,測試了MS和DS。研究結(jié)果表明:傳統(tǒng)熱拌基質(zhì)瀝青混合料的穩(wěn)定度對于養(yǎng)生條件(齡期和溫度)具有獨(dú)立性,而廣義上的改性瀝青(溫拌瀝青、SBS瀝青)混合料的穩(wěn)定度則對養(yǎng)生條件具有較為明顯的依賴性,則可認(rèn)為養(yǎng)生條件是通過影響改性劑的性能或存在狀態(tài)來影響改性瀝青混合料的穩(wěn)定度,而對基質(zhì)瀝青本身幾乎沒有影響。總體表現(xiàn)為混合料的穩(wěn)定度隨著養(yǎng)生齡期的延長或養(yǎng)生溫度的升高而增大,并逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定。另外,養(yǎng)生齡期的影響作用較養(yǎng)生溫度要更為明顯一些。對比分析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)SBS改性瀝青混合料穩(wěn)定度最高,而ACMP1溫拌瀝青混合料較低,但后者在適當(dāng)養(yǎng)生條件下也能達(dá)到干線公路瀝青路面對于穩(wěn)定度的要求。
[Abstract]:In all kinds of common road materials, the setting of health condition is only considered in the process of strength formation of cement concrete, cement stabilized gravel and other hydraulic cementing materials, but it is rare to put forward health condition for asphalt mixture. The study of the influence of health condition on the stability of asphalt mixture is not only of great reference value for exploring the law of strength development of asphalt mixture, but also for perfecting the relevant test rules. Moreover, it also plays an active role in popularizing and applying warm mix asphalt in road engineering. For the health condition of asphalt mixture, the main choice is health age and temperature, and the stability of Marshall stability (MSN) and rutting stability (DSV) are mainly investigated. ACMP1 warm mix asphalt modified SBS and 70# base asphalt were used to prepare AC-13C asphalt mixture. Marshall specimen and rutting board specimen were formed.
