石拱橋的健康監(jiān)測(cè)與保護(hù)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)有非常悠久的橋梁史,而石拱橋是我國(guó)橋梁史上技術(shù)最成熟的一類橋型。隨著科技發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,近年來(lái),交通事業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展的大背景下,大量新的橋型不斷涌現(xiàn)。盡管如此,石拱橋不失其獨(dú)特地位,以用的材料比較節(jié)省,結(jié)構(gòu)比較巧妙,強(qiáng)度比較高等特點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用著,發(fā)揮著其獨(dú)特的作用。隨著年代的增加,大部分石拱橋在自然作用和人類活動(dòng)的影響之下出現(xiàn)較多病害,影響了正常的使用。因此,我們對(duì)石拱橋保護(hù)的研究一定要積極進(jìn)行。目前已存在的石拱橋保護(hù)理論,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中缺乏加固后的效果監(jiān)測(cè)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際工程的研究,探討出石拱橋保護(hù)加固過(guò)程中的具體措施和方法,并對(duì)實(shí)際施工保護(hù)后的效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。本文首先闡述石拱橋的發(fā)展歷史、形成和演變過(guò)程、建造的獨(dú)特工藝,再系統(tǒng)分析石拱橋的常見病害,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出具體的針對(duì)性的加固保護(hù)措施。通過(guò)對(duì)會(huì)通橋、問(wèn)津橋工程實(shí)地調(diào)查,結(jié)合周邊環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,找出其存在主要病害并分析分析出產(chǎn)生的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行詳盡加固保護(hù)計(jì)劃的制訂。本文根據(jù)石拱橋的形成、建造工藝和受力特點(diǎn),制定出結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)方案,得到橋體基本數(shù)據(jù),分析橋體的沉降、傾斜、動(dòng)力特性等,得出石拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)健康報(bào)告,為進(jìn)一步的保護(hù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文所提出的加固保護(hù)及健康監(jiān)測(cè)方案對(duì)運(yùn)河沿岸其他石拱橋保護(hù)研究具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:There is a very long history of bridges in China, and stone arch bridge is the most mature type of bridge in the history of bridges in our country. With the development and progress of science and technology, in recent years, with the rapid development of transportation, a large number of new bridge types are emerging. In spite of this, the stone arch bridge is widely used and plays its unique role because of its unique position, saving in material, ingenious structure and high strength. With the increase of age, most stone arch bridges appear more diseases under the influence of natural action and human activities, which affect their normal use. Therefore, we must actively study the protection of stone arch bridge. The existing theory of stone arch bridge protection lacks the effect monitoring after reinforcement in practical application. In this paper, the concrete measures and methods in the process of protection and reinforcement of stone arch bridge are discussed through the study of practical engineering, and the effect of actual construction protection is monitored. In this paper, the history, formation and evolution of the stone arch bridge, the unique process of construction, and then the common diseases of the stone arch bridge are systematically analyzed, and on this basis, concrete measures for strengthening and protecting the stone arch bridge are put forward. Based on the field investigation of Huitong Bridge and Wenjin Bridge Project and the current situation of surrounding environment, the main diseases are found out and the causes are analyzed. On this basis, the detailed reinforcement and protection plan is worked out. According to the formation, construction technology and stress characteristics of stone arch bridge, this paper formulates the structural health monitoring scheme, obtains the basic data of the bridge body, analyzes the settlement, tilt and dynamic characteristics of the bridge, and obtains the structure health report of the stone arch bridge. To provide scientific basis for further protection. The reinforced protection and health monitoring scheme proposed in this paper can be used for reference in the study of the protection of other stone arch bridges along the canal.
