考慮擁堵效應(yīng)的城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性分析

【摘要】:城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為城市活動的重要載體,有關(guān)其脆弱性的研究已經(jīng)引起許多學(xué)者的研究興趣。本文在城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)脆弱性分析的過程中考慮了擁堵效應(yīng),探求通過緩解交通擁堵來降低脆弱性的方法。本文采用原始法構(gòu)建城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并考慮交通需求的影響從結(jié)構(gòu)脆弱性和狀態(tài)脆弱性兩方面來分析城市道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的脆弱性,為后文的脆弱性分析過程做鋪墊。其次,主要考慮了由于路段擁堵導(dǎo)致失效而引發(fā)的級聯(lián)失效過程中的脆弱性和擁堵程度變化,按照靜態(tài)脆弱性和動態(tài)脆弱性的評估原理并引入擁堵因子進行級聯(lián)失效過程中脆弱性和擁堵程度的評估。再次,在實際路網(wǎng)中,在VISUM中將交通流量加載到路網(wǎng)上,探求關(guān)鍵路段發(fā)生擁堵的可能性、關(guān)鍵路段和非關(guān)鍵路段失效和不同失效條件對路網(wǎng)脆弱性評估的影響以及脆弱性指標(biāo)與擁堵因子的相關(guān)性分析。最后,提出從增大路段設(shè)計通行能力、基于路段重要度分配路段備用能力系數(shù)、區(qū)域單向交通設(shè)置等方面來進行擁堵的緩解從而降低路網(wǎng)的脆弱性:分別從上述三方面對原始路網(wǎng)進行改造,并分析改造路網(wǎng)與原始路網(wǎng)相同的級聯(lián)失效過程中脆弱性和擁堵程度的變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)上述三種方法均可以在一定程度上降低路網(wǎng)的擁堵程度和脆弱性。本文考慮了由于路段擁堵導(dǎo)致失效而引發(fā)的級聯(lián)失效過程中脆弱性和擁堵程度的變化,提出從緩解擁堵方面來降低路網(wǎng)的脆弱性,提出的方法有一定的可行性,能夠為交通管理者提供策略上的支持,為道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的良性發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier of urban activities, urban road traffic network has attracted the interest of many scholars. In this paper, the traffic congestion effect is considered in the process of vulnerability analysis of urban road traffic network, and the method of reducing the vulnerability by alleviating traffic congestion is explored. This paper uses the original method to construct the topological structure of urban road network, and analyzes the vulnerability of urban road traffic network from two aspects of structural fragility and state vulnerability, considering the influence of traffic demand, which will pave the way for the later vulnerability analysis process. Secondly, the vulnerability and congestion degree of cascade failure caused by road congestion are mainly considered. According to the principle of static and dynamic vulnerability assessment and the introduction of congestion factor to evaluate the vulnerability and congestion in cascade failure process. Thirdly, in the actual road network, the traffic flow is loaded into the road network in Visum to explore the possibility of congestion on key road sections. The influence of failure and different failure conditions of critical and non-critical sections on the vulnerability assessment of road network and the correlation analysis between vulnerability index and congestion factor. Finally, it is proposed to allocate the spare capacity coefficient of the road section based on the importance of the section by increasing the design capacity of the road section. In order to reduce the vulnerability of the road network, the regional one-way traffic arrangement is used to alleviate congestion and reduce the vulnerability of the road network. The original road network is transformed from the above three aspects, respectively. The changes of the vulnerability and congestion degree in the same cascade failure process of the reconstructed road network and the original road network are analyzed. It is found that the above three methods can reduce the congestion degree and the vulnerability of the road network to a certain extent. In this paper, we consider the changes of vulnerability and congestion degree in cascade failure caused by road congestion, and propose to reduce the vulnerability of road network from the aspect of alleviating congestion. The proposed method is feasible. It can provide strategic support for traffic managers and provide basis for the benign development of road traffic network.
