深埋硬巖隧道開挖穩(wěn)定性及柔性防護網快速施工工法研究

【摘要】:長大隧道埋深大、延伸長、工程地質復雜,一般作為交通設施建設的控制性工程。隨著埋深的不斷增加,許多硬巖隧道穿越高地應力區(qū),巖爆問題不可忽視。巖爆是地下工程領域最為強烈的圍巖失穩(wěn)現象之一,伴隨著能量的突然釋放,具有突發(fā)性和強破壞性,直接威脅施工作業(yè)人員、設備安全,影響施工進度,已成為地下工程領域世界性難題之一。本文依托巴陜高速米倉山隧道,研究深埋硬巖隧道致災機理和巖爆預測、防治技術,并結合工程實踐,從主動、快速的防護角度優(yōu)化了米倉山隧道巖爆段施工方案,提出了柔性防護網快速施工工法,大大提高的施工效率和安全性。此研究可為我國類似工程修建提供參考和借鑒意義,主要研究成果如下:(1)通過室內及現場測試,獲得了米倉山隧道高地應力硬巖區(qū)段圍巖基本力學參數及初始地應力特征,在此為基礎開展高地應力硬巖隧道開挖擾動特征研究。(2)通過資料調研和理論分析對巖石變形破壞的力學特征展開研究,得出了不同巖石破壞類型之間的轉化圍壓,以此建立圍巖應力狀態(tài)調整路徑與圍巖破壞類型之間的關系,并分析了巖爆演變過程中圍巖應力狀態(tài)和能量積聚、耗散的特征。(3)采用FLAC3D數值計算軟件對隧道開挖過程進行模擬,獲得了開挖引起的應力、位移的時空演化規(guī)律和圍巖擾動特征,并結合單孔聲波測試法和UDEC離散元軟件研究了米倉山隧道深埋段開挖損傷范圍,為支護手段和參數的選擇提供依據。(4)提出了巖爆段柔性防護網快速施工工法,引入了柔性防護網支護手段,配合噴錨支護,顯現優(yōu)勢互補,對不同等級的巖爆災害均能起到有效的抵御作用,同時對柔性網支護系統與傳統支護方式的施工效率、支護效果、安全性等方面進行了比較分析,研究其經濟效益和應用前景。(5)在隧道開挖穩(wěn)定性以及開挖損傷研究的基礎上對高地應力硬巖隧道柔性防護網體系做了參數優(yōu)化研究,并得出了柔性防護網系統的受荷力學行為和變形特征。
[Abstract]:The long tunnel is a control project of traffic facilities construction because of its large buried depth, long extension and complicated engineering geology. With the increasing of buried depth, many hard rock tunnels pass through high ground stress zone, so the problem of rock burst can not be ignored. Rock burst is one of the most intense rock instability phenomena in underground engineering field. With the sudden release of energy, rock burst is sudden and destructive, which directly threatens construction workers, equipment safety and affects construction progress. It has become one of the worldwide problems in the field of underground engineering. In this paper, the disaster mechanism, rock burst prediction, prevention and control technology of deep buried hard rock tunnel are studied, and the construction plan of rock burst section of Mecangshan tunnel is optimized from active and quick protection angle. The fast construction method of flexible protective net is put forward, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and safety. This study can provide reference for similar engineering construction in China. The main research results are as follows: 1) through indoor and field tests, the basic mechanical parameters and initial geostress characteristics of surrounding rock in high ground stress hard rock section of Micang Mountain Tunnel are obtained. On the basis of this, the disturbance characteristics of high stress hard rock tunnel excavation are studied. (2) through data investigation and theoretical analysis, the mechanical characteristics of rock deformation and failure are studied, and the transformation confining pressure between different rock failure types is obtained. Based on this, the relationship between the stress state adjustment path of surrounding rock and the failure type of surrounding rock is established, and the stress state and energy accumulation of surrounding rock during the evolution of rock burst are analyzed. The dissipative characteristics of surrounding rock stress state are analyzed. The FLAC3D numerical calculation software is used to simulate the excavation process of tunnel. The space-time evolution law of stress and displacement caused by excavation and the disturbance characteristics of surrounding rock are obtained. The damage range of excavation in deep buried section of Micang Mountain Tunnel is studied by using single hole acoustic wave test method and UDEC discrete element software. For the selection of supporting means and parameters, this paper puts forward the fast construction method of flexible protective net in rock burst section, and introduces flexible protective net supporting method, which is combined with shotcrete anchor support, and shows the complementary advantages. All kinds of rockburst disasters can effectively resist, and the construction efficiency, support effect and safety of the flexible mesh support system and the traditional support method are compared and analyzed. On the basis of the stability of tunnel excavation and the study of excavation damage, the parameter optimization of flexible protective net system of high ground stress hard rock tunnel is studied. The mechanical behavior and deformation characteristics of flexible protective net system are obtained.
