【摘要】:西部地區(qū)公路建設(shè)項目有著與東部地區(qū)不同的自身特點(diǎn)。目前國內(nèi)尚無專門針對我國西部地區(qū)公路建設(shè)項目技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定的明確方法。現(xiàn)狀對于西部地區(qū)公路建設(shè)項目技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定的依據(jù)主要依賴于不完善的地方規(guī)劃、“含水量”較高的交通量預(yù)測結(jié)果以及項目業(yè)主的主觀意向等因素,沒有量化的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。論文通過研究西部公路建設(shè)項目特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀公路項目技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定方法的弊端,對其綜合分析并歸納研究后,找出影響西部地區(qū)公路建設(shè)前期技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選定的相關(guān)因素,在建立了評價對象集、因素級及評語級的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對各影響因素進(jìn)行研究,通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)查問卷的方式進(jìn)行研究歸納,最終針對每個因素選取較為合理的隸屬函數(shù)并計算其隸屬度,通過模糊綜合分析法對這些影響因素及其權(quán)重進(jìn)行綜合分析運(yùn)算。最終通過量化指標(biāo),對同一項目在不同技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下進(jìn)行評判,判定項目適宜選用何種道路建設(shè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在得到結(jié)果后,將其與項目的實際運(yùn)營情況進(jìn)行對比分析,歸納總結(jié)出論文研究方法的適用性。
[Abstract]:The highway construction project in the western region has its own characteristics different from that in the eastern region. At present, there is no clear method to determine the technical standard of highway construction project in western China. In the present situation, there is no quantitative standard for determining the technical standard of highway construction project in the western region, which mainly depends on the imperfect local planning, the high traffic volume prediction result of "water content" and the subjective intention of the project owner. Based on the study of the characteristics of the highway construction projects in the west and the disadvantages of the methods of determining the technical standards of the highway projects in the present situation, after comprehensive analysis and induction, the paper finds out the relevant factors that affect the selection of the technical standards in the early stage of the highway construction in the western region. On the basis of setting up the evaluation object set, factor level and comment level, the influence factors are studied, and the field questionnaire is used to study and sum up the factors. Finally, reasonable membership function is selected for each factor and its membership degree is calculated. These factors and their weights are comprehensively analyzed and calculated by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. Finally, through the quantitative index, the same project is judged under different technical standards, and what kind of road construction technical standard is suitable for the project is judged. After the results are obtained, the applicability of the research method is summarized by comparing it with the actual operation of the project.
