新建隧道施工對既有隧道的安全風(fēng)險評估研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國經(jīng)濟的騰飛伴隨著交通行業(yè)的發(fā)展,國家越來越重視基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),在路橋隧方面投入了大量資金。20世紀(jì)以來,汽車運輸量不斷增加,公路路線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相應(yīng)提高,公路隧道也逐漸增多。在此背景下,由于隧道受許多因素影響,隧道大量的修建,但有時隧道修建受地質(zhì)、地形及空間的限制,出現(xiàn)了許多在已修建完成的隧道附近新建隧道即建設(shè)既有隧道的復(fù)線、新建鐵路隧道與既有鐵路隧道并行、一次性建成復(fù)線等情況,這必然導(dǎo)致大量的新建隧道與既有隧道近接或交叉,隧道的近接與交叉將會導(dǎo)致隧道施工難度的增加。本文依托浙江新嶺隧道,圍巖級別為V級,屬于軟弱圍巖。根據(jù)工程提供的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料,進(jìn)行了調(diào)查、理論研究和相關(guān)計算,具體成果如下:(1)對新嶺隧道右線洞口明洞段開挖進(jìn)行了施工風(fēng)險分析,經(jīng)過綜合分析,右線隧道洞口明挖段存在的主要施工風(fēng)險為圍護(hù)樁基坑施工,風(fēng)險等級為高度(Ⅲ級),采空區(qū)與煤系地層施工,風(fēng)險等級為中度(Ⅱ級),支護(hù)樁與仰坡施工風(fēng)險等級均為中度(Ⅱ級)。(2)對新嶺隧道暗埋段施工進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險分析,根據(jù)新嶺隧道洞口段地質(zhì)條件及施工工法,對主要的風(fēng)險因素塌方、滲漏水、瓦斯風(fēng)險、襯砌大變形等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。對洞口的施工風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了評價,確定新嶺隧道洞口施工風(fēng)險等級并提出了減小本工程洞口施工的風(fēng)險的措施與建議。(3)根據(jù)依托工程實際地質(zhì)情況,利用大型有限元軟件ANSYS進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,新建隧道采用臺階法進(jìn)行施工,分析了臺階法施工的隧道對既有隧道的三維建模數(shù)值分析,通過計算數(shù)據(jù)分析可以得出圍巖、初期支護(hù)的局部位置(拱腳處)有應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,圍巖、初期支護(hù)受力均低于強度規(guī)范值,都滿足設(shè)計規(guī)范的強度要求;圍巖、初期支護(hù)的位移變化均符合規(guī)范要求。最后對爆破進(jìn)行了分析,得出新建隧道爆破施工時爆破振動振速在安全范圍內(nèi),隧道爆破施工對既有隧道行車影響較小。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of transportation industry, the country pays more and more attention to the construction of infrastructure. Since the 20th century, the amount of automobile transportation has been increasing, and the standard of highway route has been improved accordingly. Road tunnels are also gradually increasing. Under this background, because the tunnel is affected by many factors, a large number of tunnels are built, but sometimes the tunnel construction is limited by geology, topography and space, so many new tunnels are built near the completed tunnels, that is, the double lines of the existing tunnels are built. The new railway tunnel is parallel with the existing railway tunnel, and the double track is built at one time, which will inevitably lead to a large number of new tunnels and existing tunnels close to or cross, the tunnel close and cross will lead to the construction of the tunnel more difficult. This article relies on the Zhejiang Xinling tunnel, the surrounding rock grade is V, belongs to the weak surrounding rock. According to the relevant data and data provided by the project, the investigation, theoretical research and relevant calculation are carried out. The concrete results are as follows: 1) the construction risk analysis is carried out for the excavation of the Mingdong section at the right end of the Xinling Tunnel.
