基于交互設(shè)計(jì)理論下的交巡警平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:當(dāng)下我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程越來(lái)越快,人口密集化、資源集中化、交通立體化、通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和資源的日益聚集等問(wèn)題日益突出,倘若事故或?yàn)?zāi)害一旦發(fā)生,必然會(huì)造成財(cái)產(chǎn)損失及人員傷亡。在城市突發(fā)事件的處理中,應(yīng)急平臺(tái)和救援車輛扮演著重要角色,可以說(shuō)交巡警平臺(tái)多功能性的逐步提高是城市發(fā)展的必然要求。智慧城市作為信息技術(shù)的深度拓展及集成應(yīng)用,是科技部和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委為了促進(jìn)我國(guó)智慧城市建設(shè)健康、有序發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)示范性工作,而智慧交通是智慧城市技術(shù)的一部分,交巡警平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)也是在為我國(guó)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)品的知識(shí)技術(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系及解決方案添磚加瓦。首先進(jìn)行用戶調(diào)研,得到了用戶的特點(diǎn),并且得知現(xiàn)有交巡警平臺(tái)內(nèi)部空間狹窄,移動(dòng)性差等缺陷?紤]設(shè)計(jì)一款更適合用戶的、更加便捷的多功能交巡警平臺(tái)。然后按照交互設(shè)計(jì)的方法制定設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則和進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì),并且融入人機(jī)交互、界面交互理論進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,接著運(yùn)用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行評(píng)估方案,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一種具有警務(wù)執(zhí)勤和監(jiān)控一體、出警便捷快速和臨時(shí)醫(yī)療救護(hù)三大創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)的交巡警平臺(tái),通過(guò)分析和實(shí)地求證本設(shè)計(jì)滿足了警務(wù)執(zhí)勤人員在多種情境下對(duì)交巡警平臺(tái)的功能需求,說(shuō)明了交互設(shè)計(jì)理論在交巡警平臺(tái)在設(shè)計(jì)中起到的重要作用,同時(shí)豐富了交互設(shè)計(jì)理論在工業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的理論體系。
[Abstract]:At present, the urbanization process in China is becoming more and more rapid, the population is becoming more and more dense, the resources are centralized, the transportation is three-dimensional, the communication network and the resources are gathering day by day, and so on, if the accident or disaster happens, It will inevitably result in property losses and casualties. Emergency platform and rescue vehicle play an important role in the treatment of urban emergencies. It can be said that the gradual improvement of the multi-function of traffic patrol platform is the inevitable requirement of urban development. As a deep expansion and integrated application of information technology, Wisdom City is an exemplary work of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Standards Committee in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the intelligent city in China, and intelligent transportation is a part of the smart city technology. The design of the traffic patrol platform is also contributing to the knowledge technology, standard system and solution of our own knowledge products. Firstly, the characteristics of the users are obtained, and the shortcomings of the existing traffic patrol platform, such as narrow internal space, poor mobility and so on, are obtained. Consider the design of a more user-friendly, more convenient multi-functional traffic patrol platform. Then, according to the method of interactive design, the design criteria and conceptual design are formulated, and the design analysis is carried out by integrating the theory of human-computer interaction and interface interaction, and then the evaluation scheme is evaluated by using BP neural network evaluation method. Finally, we designed a traffic patrol police platform with three innovation points: police duty and supervision, police dispatch, convenience, rapidity and temporary medical rescue. Through the analysis and field verification, the design meets the functional requirements of the police officers in various situations to the traffic patrol platform, and explains the important role of the interactive design theory in the design of the traffic patrol platform. At the same time, it enriches the theoretical system of interactive design theory in industrial product design.
