鹽凍循環(huán)條件下瀝青高低溫性能的灰關聯(lián)熵分析

【摘要】:利用動態(tài)剪切流變儀(DSR)和彎曲梁流變儀(BBR)對凍融循環(huán)前后的三種瀝青(瀝青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性瀝青、膠粉改性瀝青)進行測試,比較分析不同冰凍溫度、融雪鹽濃度、凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)下三種瀝青的高低溫性能變化規(guī)律,并對環(huán)境因素進行灰熵分析。結(jié)果表明:在鹽凍循環(huán)條件下對瀝青復合模量G*影響最大的因素是融雪鹽溶液濃度,其次是10℃延度;對瀝青相位角δ影響最大的因素是軟化點,其次是25℃針入度;對瀝青蠕變勁度模量S影響最大的因素是融雪鹽溶液濃度,其次是10℃延度;對瀝青蠕變速率m影響最大的因素是試驗溫度,其次是冰凍溫度。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of asphalt (asphalt, styrene butadiene-styrene block copolymer modified asphalt, rubber powder modified asphalt) before and after freeze-thaw cycle were tested by dynamic shear rheometer (DSRM) and bending beam rheometer (BBR). The changes of high and low temperature performance of three kinds of bitumen under different freezing temperature, concentration of snow salt and times of freeze-thaw cycle were analyzed, and the grey entropy analysis of environmental factors was carried out.
