【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增長(zhǎng),城市公共交通發(fā)展取得了巨大的進(jìn)步。近幾年來(lái),為了緩解交通擁堵的壓力,滿足城市居民對(duì)提高公共交通服務(wù)水平的需求,越來(lái)越多的城市開始規(guī)劃建設(shè)BRT系統(tǒng)。而作為BRT系統(tǒng)重要的組成部分,BRT專用道與站點(diǎn)的實(shí)際規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況并不規(guī)范。一些運(yùn)營(yíng)BRT系統(tǒng)的城市存在著專用道設(shè)置類型不符合路段實(shí)際道路條件、專用道利用率過(guò)低、站臺(tái)規(guī)模設(shè)計(jì)不規(guī)范以及BRT站間距離的設(shè)定主觀性過(guò)強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題不僅嚴(yán)重影響了BRT系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率,也加劇了其他社會(huì)車輛的出行擁堵,對(duì)城市居民的出行也帶來(lái)了困擾。因此對(duì)BRT專用道與站點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)展開研究分析具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文首先簡(jiǎn)要地闡述了BRT系統(tǒng)的基本內(nèi)涵與組成,為論文后續(xù)問(wèn)題的分析提供理論支持。然后探討了BRT專用道設(shè)置的影響因素,并針對(duì)我國(guó)城市BRT專用道設(shè)置類型不規(guī)范的現(xiàn)象將專用道分為路中式專用道、路側(cè)式專用道等五個(gè)類型,對(duì)各類型專用道的適用性與優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)加以比較,為城市在實(shí)際規(guī)劃中如何選擇專用道類型提供了參考。其次針對(duì)我國(guó)城市目前存在的BRT專用道利用率過(guò)低的現(xiàn)象,提出了一種以GPS定位檢測(cè)技術(shù)為手段的分路段區(qū)域的間歇式路權(quán)法來(lái)提高BRT專用道的利用率。之后通過(guò)平均行駛時(shí)間與客流通過(guò)能力兩個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)分析專用道的交通效益,為設(shè)置專用道是否能夠取得良好的效果提供決策支持。進(jìn)一步,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)公式從自動(dòng)售票設(shè)備數(shù)量、站臺(tái)長(zhǎng)度、站臺(tái)寬度、停車位尺寸與數(shù)量等方面進(jìn)行站點(diǎn)規(guī)模的設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)合實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。最后通過(guò)建立基于BRT系統(tǒng)總成本最小的站間距優(yōu)化模型來(lái)得出一條BRT線路最合理的平均站間距,為城市在規(guī)劃建設(shè)BRT系統(tǒng)時(shí)對(duì)站間距的設(shè)定提供了科學(xué)可靠的理論支持。
[Abstract]:With the growth of China's economic strength, the development of urban public transport has made great progress. In recent years, in order to relieve the pressure of traffic congestion and meet the needs of urban residents to improve the level of public transport services, more and more cities began to plan and build BRT system. As an important part of BRT system, the actual planning and construction of BRT lanes and stations are not standardized. In some cities where the BRT system is operated there are some problems such as the setting type of special lanes does not accord with the actual road conditions the utilization ratio of special lanes is too low the design of platform scale is not standardized and the subjectivity of setting distance between BRT stations is too strong. These problems not only seriously affect the efficiency of BRT system, but also aggravate the travel congestion of other social vehicles. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the planning and design of BRT lanes and stations. Firstly, the basic connotation and composition of BRT system are briefly described, which provides theoretical support for the analysis of the following problems. Then it discusses the factors influencing the setting of BRT special lanes, and divides the special lanes into five types, namely, Chinese special lanes and roadside special lanes, aiming at the phenomenon of non-standard setting type of BRT special lanes in Chinese cities in our country. The applicability, advantages and disadvantages of different types of private lanes are compared, which provides a reference for how to choose the types of private lanes in urban planning. Secondly, in view of the phenomenon that the utilization rate of BRT lanes is too low in Chinese cities, an intermittent road right method based on GPS location detection technology is proposed to improve the utilization ratio of BRT lanes. After that, the traffic efficiency of the special lane is analyzed by the two indexes of average driving time and passenger flow passing capacity, and the decision support is provided for whether the special lane can achieve good results. Furthermore, the design of the station size is carried out from the aspects of the number of automatic ticket selling equipment, platform length, platform width, parking space size and quantity by using mathematical formula, and the calculation is carried out in combination with practical cases. Finally, by establishing the optimal model of station spacing based on the minimum total cost of BRT system, the most reasonable average station spacing of a BRT line is obtained, which provides a scientific and reliable theoretical support for the setting of station spacing in the planning and construction of BRT system.
