基于施工缺陷的公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)影響分析與病軎防治研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高等級(jí)公路的飛速發(fā)展,公路隧道建設(shè)數(shù)量和規(guī)模日益增多。但是隧道的運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀卻不容樂(lè)觀,有相當(dāng)比例的隧道存在著不同程度的病害問(wèn)題。隧道病害的誘因有很多,其中由于初期支護(hù)厚度減薄與襯砌背后空洞兩種施工缺陷而引起的病害問(wèn)題比較常見(jiàn)。施工缺陷引起的隧道病害對(duì)隧道施工過(guò)程的安全性及隧道建成后的長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)營(yíng)構(gòu)成了很大的威脅,給公路交通造成惡劣影響和重大損失。因此,對(duì)由施工缺陷及其引起的隧道病害進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)安全穩(wěn)定性研究,對(duì)其處治措施進(jìn)行探討,具有重要理論意義和工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。1.本文依據(jù)隧道病害研究現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬方法建立三維彈塑性模型,模擬公路隧道Ⅳ級(jí)圍巖,臺(tái)階法開(kāi)挖,分析動(dòng)態(tài)開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中圍巖與襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的位移、應(yīng)力變化及結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。2.模擬襯砌背后存在不同方向、不同規(guī)模、不同位置的空洞以及初期支護(hù)厚度不同減薄程度,對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)估,分析缺陷隧道破壞形式。3.運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)須處治工況采用回填注漿方法進(jìn)行加固,采取兩種回填時(shí)機(jī),對(duì)比分析空洞回填前后以及不同回填時(shí)機(jī)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的回填效果。4.總結(jié)施工中施工缺陷的成因、危害及表現(xiàn)形式,指出防止建議、檢查方法以及缺陷病害的整治措施。通過(guò)對(duì)隧道施工缺陷病害總結(jié),對(duì)存在施工缺陷病害隧道數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為襯砌厚度不足及襯砌背后空洞的存在對(duì)圍巖與支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生極不利的影響,不同位置、不同方向、不同規(guī)模的空洞對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度也不相同;靥钭{是這兩種施工缺陷優(yōu)先選擇的處治措施,對(duì)改善圍巖為支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)及穩(wěn)定有明顯效果,施工缺陷的處理應(yīng)做到早發(fā)現(xiàn),早處理。應(yīng)該選擇安全合理經(jīng)濟(jì)的整治措施,對(duì)施工缺陷及其產(chǎn)生的病害進(jìn)行維修加固。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-grade highways in China, the number and scale of highway tunnels are increasing day by day. However, the current situation of tunnel operation is not optimistic, a considerable proportion of tunnels have different degrees of disease problems. There are many inducements for tunnel diseases, among which the defects caused by the thinning of the initial support thickness and the cavity behind the lining are common. The tunnel diseases caused by the construction defects pose a great threat to the safety of the tunnel construction process and the long-term operation of the tunnel after the completion of the tunnel, and cause bad effects and heavy losses to the highway traffic. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical engineering value to study the structural safety and stability of tunnel defects caused by construction defects and to discuss the measures to deal with them.
