既有混凝土橋梁的狀態(tài)評(píng)定與維修加固

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸任務(wù)不斷加大,交通運(yùn)輸日益朝著高速、重載發(fā)展,既有公路橋梁的損傷勢(shì)必隨之加大,特別是上個(gè)世紀(jì)50~70年代在我國(guó)公路沿線上建造的裝配式梁橋、雙曲拱橋。為了保障老路線的安全暢通,對(duì)既有橋梁技術(shù)狀況和承載能力做出科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),為橋梁的日常養(yǎng)護(hù)維修和加固改造提供科學(xué)的決策依據(jù),具有極高的價(jià)值。針對(duì)這種情況,本文主要完成了以下工作:(1)闡述橋梁承載能力評(píng)定的方法,概述了橋梁技術(shù)狀態(tài)評(píng)定的基本原理,通過(guò)將橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)、下部結(jié)構(gòu)以及橋面系單獨(dú)評(píng)分,然后結(jié)合各部位在全橋中的權(quán)重得到橋梁的總體技術(shù)評(píng)分,進(jìn)而對(duì)橋梁總體技術(shù)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分級(jí)。(2)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、靜載試驗(yàn)以及理論分析,對(duì)湖南省境內(nèi)兩座舊橋—金剛頭橋(簡(jiǎn)支T梁橋)和鎮(zhèn)頭大橋(雙曲拱橋)進(jìn)行了承載能力評(píng)定,評(píng)定結(jié)果為:金剛頭橋的橋梁總體技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定為4類,鎮(zhèn)頭大橋的橋梁總體技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定為3類。(3)兩座橋梁既有的病害已經(jīng)影響到橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)安全,基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和檢測(cè),提出了金剛頭橋和鎮(zhèn)頭大橋的加固方案,可為同類橋加固提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increasing traffic and transportation tasks, the traffic and transportation are increasingly moving towards high speed and heavy load development, the damage of existing highway bridges is bound to increase, especially the assembly beam bridge built along the road of our country in the 50~70 years of the last century, the double curved arch bridge. It is of great value to provide scientific decision basis for the daily maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge. In this case, the following work has been completed in this paper: (1) the method of assessing the bearing capacity of the bridge is expounded, the basic principle of bridge beam technical state evaluation is summarized, and the upper part of the bridge is taken to the upper part of the bridge. The structure, the substructure and the bridge deck are graded separately, and then the overall technical score of the bridge is graded according to the weight of each part in the full bridge. And then the overall technical state of the bridge is classified. (2) according to the field testing, static load test and theoretical analysis, the two old bridges in Hunan Province, the Jin Gang head bridge (Jane T beam bridge) and the town head bridge ( The evaluation results of the bearing capacity of the double curved arch bridge are as follows: the overall technical status of the bridge of the Jin Gang head bridge is evaluated as 4 categories, and the overall technical status of the bridge of the town head bridge is evaluated as 3. (3) the existing diseases of the two bridges have affected the structural safety of the bridge. Based on the present field investigation and detection, the golden head bridge and the town head bridge are put forward. The reinforcement scheme can provide reference for similar bridge reinforcement.
