【摘要】:目前天津高速公路公司在進行工程變更管理工作時仍然是手工或者使用word、excel等半自動化方式,工作效率和質量都很低,特別是在對一些歷史工程變更資料的檢索、日常變更審批和管理工作。為了解決當前工程變更管理存在的問題,需要利用網(wǎng)絡技術和信息化技術對當前的公司工程設計變更管理進行了優(yōu)化設計,本文描述了一個適合于天津高速公路公司的工程設計變更管理系統(tǒng)。進行天津高速公路工程設計變更管理系統(tǒng)設計和實現(xiàn)的方法是首先通過與公司的工程變更管理人員以及實際操作員工的溝通,獲得天津高速公路工程設計變更系統(tǒng)的整體業(yè)務需求信息,確定系統(tǒng)的總體流程;然后使用UML工具進行系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求詳細分析,獲得系統(tǒng)的功能性需求和非功能性需求;然后基于C/S模式進行天津高速公路工程設計變更系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺選擇的是利用易開發(fā)、易部署、高安全性、高效率的.NET平臺技術,在系統(tǒng)架構設計過程中加入了MVC框架技術,實現(xiàn)程序業(yè)務邏輯和頁面的相分離,提高了系統(tǒng)的可維護性、可擴展性和可重用性;最后在完成天津高速公路工程設計變更系統(tǒng)的設計工作后,進行系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)和測試工作,在系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)工作中主要是進行系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊的界面實現(xiàn)和核心代碼實現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)過程中主要利用C#編程語言、ADO、NET和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術。在系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)工作中,主要是基于黑盒測試法對天津高速公路工程設計變更管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊進行數(shù)據(jù)的輸入、輸出驗證測試,測試結果表明,系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊工作正常,天津高速公路工程設計變更管理系統(tǒng)能夠進行正式的使用。進行天津高速公路工程設計變更管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),將使得天津高速公路公司的工程設計變更管理工作流程更加清晰和規(guī)范;節(jié)省了工程管理的人力成本和管理成本;日常工作效率也會得到很大的提高;使得工程管理工作更加智能化和人性化。
[Abstract]:At present, Tianjin Expressway Company is still carrying out engineering change management work by hand or by using semi-automated methods such as WordCast Excel. Its working efficiency and quality are very low, especially in the retrieval of some historical engineering change materials. Daily change approval and management. In order to solve the problems existing in the current engineering change management, it is necessary to optimize the design of the company's engineering design change management by using network technology and information technology. This paper describes an engineering design change management system for Tianjin Expressway Company. The method to design and implement the Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change Management system is to first communicate with the engineering change management staff and the actual operation staff of the company. The whole business requirement information of Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change system is obtained, and the overall process of the system is determined. Then, the UML tool is used to analyze the system business requirements in detail, and the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are obtained. Then based on the C / S model, Tianjin Expressway Design change system is developed. The development platform of the system is to use the .NET platform technology which is easy to develop, easy to deploy, high security and high efficiency. In the process of system architecture design, the MVC framework technology is added to realize the separation of program business logic and page. It improves the maintainability, expansibility and reusability of the system. Finally, after completing the design work of Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change system, the system is implemented and tested. In the realization of the system, the interface of the main function module and the core code are realized, and the C # programming language, ADO. Net, and SQL Server database technology are used in the realization. In the implementation of the system, the main function modules of Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change Management system are tested based on the black box test method. The test results show that the main function modules of Tianjin Expressway Design change Management system are verified and tested. All functional modules of the system work normally, Tianjin Expressway Design change Management system can be formally used. The development of Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change Management system will make the workflow of Tianjin Expressway Engineering Design change Management more clear and standardized, and save the labor cost and management cost of project management. Daily work efficiency will also be greatly improved, making engineering management more intelligent and humanized.
