【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)進(jìn)展迅猛,一大批大跨徑鋼橋相繼建成。伴隨著大跨徑鋼橋的廣泛使用,橋面鋪裝也逐漸顯示出它的重要性。澆注式瀝青混凝土因其良好的防水性能、抗疲勞性能、抗老化性能以及對(duì)于鋼橋面良好的隨從性,在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到廣泛使用。當(dāng)前我國(guó)澆注式瀝青混合料的設(shè)計(jì)方法與國(guó)外類似,合成級(jí)配后通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)用油量進(jìn)行試拌,根據(jù)性能指標(biāo)挑選合理的瀝青含量。盡管這種設(shè)計(jì)方法在國(guó)內(nèi)外有著充足的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn),且能基本保證工程需要,但此方法使得混合料體積特征不明顯,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰,同時(shí)澆筑式瀝青混合料性能指標(biāo)較少,僅僅通過混合料性能指標(biāo)來判定瀝青用量存在一定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文依托于重慶永川長(zhǎng)江大橋澆注式瀝青混凝土性能研究以及橋面鋪裝工程實(shí)施研究,對(duì)體積設(shè)計(jì)法進(jìn)行了初步的探索,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)法進(jìn)行橋面鋪裝設(shè)計(jì),并輔以流動(dòng)性研究,最后通過工程實(shí)施得到如下結(jié)論:①采用體積法設(shè)計(jì)混合料,通過土工擊實(shí)的方法求出合成級(jí)配礦料間隙率,從而確定瀝青用量,使得瀝青用量的確定更有依據(jù);②2.36mm篩孔通過率是GA10粗細(xì)分界篩孔,通過調(diào)整2.36mm篩孔的通過率能夠有效改善澆注式瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)0.075mm篩孔通過率能夠更為顯著的影響GA10路用性能和施工和易性;③不同種類瀝青條件下GA10性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,瀝青粘度較大時(shí),依據(jù)體積法確定的瀝青用量不一定滿足要求,這個(gè)時(shí)候可以考慮以0.3%變動(dòng)瀝青用量進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),從而挑選出最佳瀝青用量;④澆注式瀝青混合料的流動(dòng)度主要受瀝青膠漿數(shù)量和粘度影響,瀝青膠漿數(shù)量越多、粘度越低,則流動(dòng)性越好,流動(dòng)性亦會(huì)由于瀝青的老化而急劇下降。⑤通過實(shí)際工程施工得到的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)法設(shè)計(jì)的混合料流動(dòng)性可以滿足施工要求,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣后成型貫入度試件,并檢測(cè)高溫性能,結(jié)果表明滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,且高溫性能良好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of infrastructure in China has made rapid progress, a large number of long-span steel bridges have been built. With the wide use of long-span steel bridges, deck pavement has gradually shown its importance. Pouring asphalt concrete has been widely used at home and abroad because of its good waterproofing, fatigue resistance, aging resistance and good compliance to steel bridge deck. At present, the design method of pouring asphalt mixture in our country is similar to that in foreign countries. After synthetic gradation, the mixture is mixed with experience oil quantity, and the reasonable asphalt content is selected according to the performance index. Although this design method has sufficient experience at home and abroad, and can basically guarantee the engineering needs, but this method makes the volume characteristics of the mixture not obvious, the internal structure is not clear, and the performance index of the pouring asphalt mixture is less. Only through the mixture performance index to determine the asphalt content there is a certain risk. Based on the research on the performance of pouring asphalt concrete of Yongchuan Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing and the implementation of bridge deck pavement engineering, the volume design method is preliminarily explored, and the empirical design method is used to design the deck pavement. With the aid of fluidity research, the following conclusions are obtained through engineering implementation: 1. The volume method is used to design the mixture, and the voids of synthetic graded mineral aggregate are calculated by the method of geotechnical compaction, so as to determine the asphalt content. It makes the determination of asphalt dosage more reliable that the pass rate of GA10 22.36mm sieve hole is the GA10 thick and fine boundary sieve hole. By adjusting the passing rate of 2.36mm sieve hole, the high temperature stability of pouring asphalt mixture can be improved effectively. At the same time, the passing rate of 0.075mm sieve hole can significantly affect the road performance and construction of GA10 and the test results of GA10 performance under different kinds of bitumen. The results show that the asphalt content determined by volume method does not meet the requirements when the viscosity of asphalt is high. At this time, we can consider using 0.3% varying asphalt dosage to test, and then select the best asphalt content of the pouring asphalt mixture flow degree is mainly affected by the quantity and viscosity of asphalt slurry, the more the quantity of asphalt slurry, the lower the viscosity, the more the quantity of asphalt slurry is, the lower the viscosity is. The better the fluidity, the faster the fluidity will be due to the aging of asphalt. 5. The testing data obtained from the actual engineering construction show that the flowability of the mixture designed by the empirical design method can meet the construction requirements. The high temperature performance is tested and the results show that the design requirements are satisfied and the high temperature performance is good.
