【摘要】：港口作為綜合運(yùn)輸功能最突出、規(guī)模最大的交通樞紐,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,沿海各大港口城市紛紛將建設(shè)專業(yè)化深水化油品泊位作為城市發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。天津港地處環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈,是首都的海上門戶。打造中國北方最大的綜合性大港是天津港集團(tuán)一直以來的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。經(jīng)過二十年來的發(fā)展,天津港形成了非常成熟的石化小區(qū),成為中國北方重要的石化產(chǎn)品儲運(yùn)、集散基地。本文主要研究天津港集團(tuán)油品物流的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,首先通過研究總結(jié)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、信息的方法,對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)及石油產(chǎn)業(yè)、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源現(xiàn)狀、國內(nèi)外港口發(fā)展趨勢、國內(nèi)港口油品運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀和主要競爭對手條件等方面進(jìn)行了闡述,詳盡地分析了天津港油品物流的外部環(huán)境;然后對天津港概況、自然條件、腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)以及油品物流設(shè)施等天津港集團(tuán)油品物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),并建立了灰色預(yù)測模型,對天津港集團(tuán)油品吞吐量進(jìn)行預(yù)測;最后,運(yùn)用SWOT分析矩陣進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇,確定戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與方案,并制定了具體的戰(zhàn)略措施。目前,亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易日趨活躍,服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的港口發(fā)展中心逐漸向亞洲地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移。同時,在國內(nèi)“一帶一路”、“京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展”等多重政策環(huán)境下,天津港集團(tuán)將迎來更多的國際化機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,本文以天津港油品物流作為研究對象,所用的分析方法及最終的結(jié)論具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:As the most prominent and largest transportation hub, port plays an important role in the development of national economy. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the construction of specialized deepwater berths for oil products has been regarded as the key point of urban development in coastal port cities. Tianjin Port is located in the Bohai Sea Economic Circle, the capital of the sea door. To build the largest comprehensive port in northern China is the development goal of Tianjin Port Group. After 20 years of development, Tianjin Port has formed a very mature petrochemical district and become an important petrochemical product storage, transportation and distribution base in northern China. This paper mainly studies the development strategy of oil logistics of Tianjin Port Group. Firstly, through the research and summary of relevant documents and methods of information, the paper analyzes the world economy and oil industry, domestic economy and energy status, and the development trend of ports at home and abroad. The present situation of oil product transportation in domestic ports and the conditions of main competitors are expounded, and the external environment of oil products logistics in Tianjin Port is analyzed in detail. Then, the general situation of Tianjin Port, the natural conditions, Hinterland economy, oil logistics facilities and other Tianjin Port Group oil logistics development status analysis and summary, and established a grey forecasting model to forecast Tianjin Port Group oil throughput; finally, SWOT analysis matrix is used to select the strategy, to determine the strategic objectives and schemes, and to formulate specific strategic measures. At present, Asian economy and trade are becoming more and more active, and the port development center serving economy and trade is gradually shifting to the Asian region. At the same time, in the domestic "Belt and Road", "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development" and other multi-policy environment, Tianjin Port Group will usher in more international opportunities and challenges. Under this background, this article regards Tianjin Port oil product logistics as the research object, uses the analysis method and the final conclusion has certain practical significance.
