【摘要】：我國(guó)城市化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)了地鐵隧道工程建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展。管片拼裝是地鐵隧道工程項(xiàng)目全過程質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文在分析地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合某市地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的實(shí)踐,分析了傳統(tǒng)管理模式存在的諸多不足,本著將先進(jìn)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用于地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的思路,提出了地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制模式,探討了質(zhì)量控制模式對(duì)于提高隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量管理水平的意義。本文指出地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制信息系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的核心支撐,進(jìn)而分析了地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制信息系統(tǒng)的需求體系,從系統(tǒng)角色建模、角色功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求以及流程需求等方面進(jìn)行了需求方案確定。并且文章提出了地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,遵循系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的一般原理,從系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)部署結(jié)構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)等方面給出了地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。本論文的研究很好的適應(yīng)了地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn)和面臨的難題,提高了隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的規(guī)范性和多樣性,為地鐵隧道管片拼裝質(zhì)量控制的信息化建設(shè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization in China has promoted the rapid development of subway tunnel construction. Segment assembly is the key link of quality control in the whole process of subway tunnel project. Based on the analysis of the quality control of the subway-tunnel segment assembly and the practice of a certain city's subway tunnel segment assembly quality control, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional management mode. Based on the idea of applying advanced information technology to the quality control of subways tunnel segment assembly, this paper puts forward the quality control mode of subway tunnel segment assembly, and probes into the significance of quality control mode for improving the quality management level of tunnel segment assembly. This paper points out that the quality control information system of subways tunnel segment assembly is the core support of the subway tunnel segment assembly quality control system, and then analyzes the requirement system of the subway tunnel segment assembly quality control information system, and models the system from the role of the system. Role functional requirements, data requirements and process requirements are determined. The paper also puts forward the design principles of the quality control information system for the subways tunnel segment assembly, following the general principles of the system design, from the system function structure, the system business process, The design scheme of the quality control information system for the subways tunnel segment assembly is given in the aspects of the system deployment structure and the system technical framework. The research in this paper adapts well to the characteristics and difficulties of the quality control of the subways tunnel segment assembly, and improves the standardization and diversity of the tunnel segment assembly quality control. It lays a foundation for the information construction of the quality control of subways tunnel segment assembly.
