大跨度橋梁施工控制影響參數(shù)

【摘要】:施工控制是建筑建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要體現(xiàn)之一。為使連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋成橋狀態(tài)的線形符合技術(shù)要求,橋梁的施工控制是不可或缺的措施。針對(duì)大跨度連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工控制的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用軟件進(jìn)行仿真模擬,進(jìn)行了懸臂施工過程主要參數(shù)的敏感性分析,并據(jù)此來(lái)判定結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)參數(shù)的靈敏程度,為施工過程的參數(shù)調(diào)整提供相應(yīng)依據(jù),為建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供支持。分別對(duì)比了在容重變化、混凝土預(yù)應(yīng)力參數(shù)和整體升溫降溫等情況下,連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋主梁撓度在最大懸臂狀態(tài)和成橋狀態(tài)時(shí)變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,最大懸臂狀態(tài)下的溫度梯度對(duì)撓度影響最大,變化峰值可達(dá)60mm。容重也對(duì)撓度有顯著影響,兩種狀態(tài)下?lián)隙茸兓逯稻?0~25mm之間。
[Abstract]:Construction control is one of the important embodiment of construction industry modernization. In order to make the alignment of continuous rigid frame bridge meet the technical requirements, bridge construction control is an indispensable measure. According to the characteristics of construction control of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, the sensitivity analysis of the main parameters of cantilever construction process is carried out by using software simulation, and the sensitivity degree of structure to parameters is determined. To provide the corresponding basis for the parameter adjustment of the construction process, and to provide the support for the construction industrialization. The variation trends of deflection of the main beam of continuous rigid frame bridge under the condition of the maximum cantilever state and the bridge state are compared under the condition of the change of bulk density, the parameters of concrete prestress and the whole heating and cooling. The results show that the temperature gradient in the maximum cantilever state has the greatest effect on the deflection, and the peak value can reach 60 mm. Bulk density also has a significant effect on the deflection. The peak value of deflection changes in both states is between 10~25mm.
