中國TBM施工技術(shù)進(jìn)展、挑戰(zhàn)及對策

【摘要】:總結(jié)我國近30年來TBM設(shè)計(jì)與施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程,可歸納為以下5個(gè)階段:1)研發(fā)探索和試用階段;2)以國外施工承包商為主體,采用國外設(shè)計(jì)制造TBM施工我國隧道工程階段;3)獨(dú)立進(jìn)行TBM招標(biāo)采購和選型設(shè)計(jì),并建立起自主的TBM施工隊(duì)伍階段;4)與國外廠家聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)制造TBM,工程應(yīng)用和自主施工快速發(fā)展階段;5)實(shí)現(xiàn)TBM國產(chǎn)化,面向國內(nèi)外TBM工程市場自主施工階段。通過我國不同時(shí)期TBM施工的典型工程,介紹我國在復(fù)雜地質(zhì)、大坡度、高海拔、不同直徑、不同機(jī)型、超長隧洞TBM施工方面取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、技術(shù)積累和業(yè)績,展示我國TBM在穿越斷層破碎帶、軟弱變形、巖爆、涌水等不良地質(zhì)洞段取得的一系列施工新技術(shù),以及最高月進(jìn)尺1 868 m、平均月進(jìn)尺超過600 m和掘進(jìn)作業(yè)利用率超過40%的掘進(jìn)技術(shù)水平。分析TBM在極硬巖、大斷層破碎帶、軟弱大變形圍巖、強(qiáng)巖爆圍巖、涌水突泥洞段、高地?zé)崴矶春统L隧洞工程中施工面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn),并提出一些相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施和對策,期望這些措施和對策在未來大量實(shí)際工程中進(jìn)一步得到實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證、優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),不斷積累和創(chuàng)新TBM設(shè)計(jì)與施工新技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the development course of TBM design and construction technology in China in the past 30 years, which can be summarized as follows: 1) R & D exploration and trial stage 2) taking foreign construction contractors as the main body. Adopting foreign design and manufacture TBM to construct our country tunnel project stage 3) to carry on the TBM bidding purchase and type selection design independently, The independent TBM construction team stage 4) is designed and manufactured jointly with foreign manufacturers, and the rapid development stage of engineering application and independent construction is 5) to realize the localization of TBM and to meet the independent construction stage of TBM engineering market at home and abroad. This paper introduces the experience, technical accumulation and achievement of TBM construction in complex geology, large slope, high altitude, different diameters, different models and super long tunnels in China through typical projects of TBM construction in different periods in China. This paper presents a series of new construction techniques obtained by TBM in passing through fault fracture zone, soft deformation, rock burst, water gushing and so on. And the tunneling technology level with the highest monthly advance of 1 868 m, the average monthly advance of more than 600 m and the utilization ratio of the tunneling operation exceeding 40%. This paper analyzes the risks and challenges faced by TBM in the construction of extreme hard rock, large fault fracture zone, soft and large deformation surrounding rock, strong rock burst surrounding rock, gushing water outburst mud tunnel section, high geothermal tunnel and super long tunnel engineering, and puts forward some corresponding technical measures and countermeasures. It is expected that these measures and countermeasures will be further verified, optimized and improved in a large number of practical projects in the future, and that new TBM design and construction technologies will be accumulated and innovated continuously.
