下穿復(fù)雜條件超淺埋暗挖隧道施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:論文以貴陽軌道交通1號線下麥西隧道為背景,通過理論分析、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測相結(jié)合的方法,對西南超淺埋隧道下穿既有建(構(gòu))筑物施工穩(wěn)定性及施工對周邊環(huán)境影響進行了分析和研究,主要進行的工作及取得的結(jié)論如下:(1)針對隧道穿越既有高速公路施工穩(wěn)定性及施工對既有運營高速公路的影響,對淺埋隧道采用雙側(cè)壁導(dǎo)坑法、CRD法、CD法、臺階法等不同施工時圍巖的變形和塑性區(qū)的發(fā)展以及不同施工方案時隧道支護結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和變形特定的影響進行了系統(tǒng)分析和研究,確定了隧道穿越高速公路的施工方案,建議了施工技術(shù),指導(dǎo)了該隧道的施工。跟蹤施工進行的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測表明,建議的施工方案安全可行,施工引起的公路沉降可控。(2)針對下麥西隧道近距離穿越既有交通涵爆破施工引起的振動影響,采用數(shù)值模擬分析了隧道爆破開挖引起的既有交通涵洞結(jié)構(gòu)的爆破振動響應(yīng),確定了超淺埋下穿既有大型交通涵洞大斷面隧道爆破施工方案,優(yōu)化爆破結(jié)構(gòu)方式,給出了爆破最大振速與距離的數(shù)學關(guān)系式。(3)針對下麥西隧道穿越既有高速公路路基邊坡降雨滲流失穩(wěn)問題,通過數(shù)值分析研究了西南山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)淺埋隧道在穿越邊坡過程中,在降雨入滲作用下的邊坡破壞過程,提出了適合的支護方案,為施工方案的合理優(yōu)化提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the Maxi Tunnel of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 1, this paper combines the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring. This paper analyzes and studies the construction stability of the existing building (structure) and the influence of the construction on the surrounding environment of the ultra-shallow buried tunnel in southwest China. The main work and conclusions obtained are as follows: (1) aiming at the stability of the tunnel crossing the existing expressway and the influence of the construction on the existing operating highway, the double-sidewall pit guide method and the CRD method and CD method are used in the shallow buried tunnel. The development of deformation and plastic zone of surrounding rock under different construction conditions such as step method and the specific influence of stress and deformation of tunnel supporting structure under different construction schemes are analyzed and studied systematically, and the construction plan of tunnel crossing expressway is determined. The construction technology is suggested and the construction of the tunnel is guided. The site monitoring of track construction shows that the proposed construction scheme is safe and feasible, and the highway settlement caused by construction is controllable. 2) aiming at the vibration effect caused by the blasting construction of the short distance crossing existing traffic culvert in Lower Maixi Tunnel, The blasting vibration response of the existing traffic culvert structure caused by tunnel blasting excavation is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the blasting construction scheme of large section tunnel through existing large traffic culvert under ultra-shallow burying is determined, and the blasting structure is optimized. The mathematical relation between the maximum blasting velocity and the distance is given. Aiming at the problem of rainfall seepage instability of the roadbed slope passing through the existing highway in the Lower Maixi Tunnel, the numerical analysis is carried out to study the process of the shallow buried tunnel crossing the slope in the southwest mountainous area. In the process of slope failure under the action of rainfall infiltration, a suitable supporting scheme is put forward, which provides technical support for the reasonable optimization of construction scheme.
