鐵路正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞應力分析與壽命評估

【摘要】:以南京大勝關長江大橋為對象,建立鐵路正交異性鋼橋面板結構有限元模型,基于熱點應力法對典型構造細節(jié)的疲勞應力進行計算分析,得到此類橋面結構的疲勞易損區(qū)。結合橋梁實際使用情況,基于美國公路橋梁設計規(guī)范(AASHTO規(guī)范)對橋面板典型焊接細節(jié)的疲勞壽命開展計算與評估,結果表明,疲勞Ⅰ與疲勞Ⅱ極限狀態(tài)下5類疲勞易損構造細節(jié)的疲勞應力幅計算值均小于容許值,疲勞壽命滿足設計要求。
[Abstract]:Taking the Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge in Nanjing as an example, a finite element model of orthotropic steel bridge slab structure is established. The fatigue stress of typical structural details is calculated and analyzed based on the hot spot stress method, and the fatigue vulnerable zone of this kind of bridge deck structure is obtained. Combined with the actual use of bridges, the fatigue life of typical welding details of bridge deck is calculated and evaluated based on the AASHTO Code of American Highway Bridge Design Code. The results show that, The calculated values of fatigue stress amplitudes of five types of fatigue vulnerable structures are smaller than the allowable values under the limit state of fatigue 鈪,
