【摘要】：不斷變暖的全球氣候使北極航線的通航預期不斷增加,作為連通東北亞與歐洲及美洲北部的重要航線,北極航線的通航必將對整個世界交通運輸網(wǎng)絡產(chǎn)生重大而深遠的影響。北極航線對中國戰(zhàn)略意義重大,參與和分享北極事務與權益是中國北極戰(zhàn)略的迫切需求。通過大北極概念的提出,增大了北極相關問題的研究范圍,將北極相關問題系統(tǒng)化,同時有利于包括中國在內的其他國家參與到北極事務中。大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡將由于北極航線的通航而產(chǎn)生重大變化。首先分析了大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡的節(jié)點,然后通過五種交通運輸方式討論了大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡的構成。在上述研究的基礎上,論文重點分析了大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡的結構特征,包括大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡的基本統(tǒng)計特征,以及網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點度和介數(shù)對節(jié)點進出口貿(mào)易點強度和節(jié)點運距點強度的影響,之后分析了大北極交通運輸網(wǎng)絡中的重要節(jié)點及成因。
[Abstract]:As an important route between Northeast Asia and Europe and North America, the Arctic route will have a significant and far-reaching impact on the whole world transportation network. Arctic route is of great strategic significance to China. It is an urgent need for China to participate in and share Arctic affairs and rights. By proposing the concept of the Great Arctic, the research scope of the Arctic related problems is enlarged, and the Arctic related problems are systematized, while other countries, including China, participate in the Arctic affairs. The transportation network of the Great Arctic will be greatly changed by the navigation of the Arctic route. Firstly, the nodes of the transportation network in the Great Arctic are analyzed, and then the structure of the transport network in the Great Arctic is discussed by means of five transport modes. On the basis of the above research, the paper focuses on the structural characteristics of the transport network in the Great Arctic, including the basic statistical characteristics of the transport network in the Great Arctic. The influence of network node degree and number of nodes on the strength of node import and export trade point and node distance point is analyzed. After that, the important nodes and their causes in the transportation network of the Great Arctic are analyzed.
