【摘要】：目前,國(guó)內(nèi)多數(shù)施工單位對(duì)混凝土道路的冬季施工防護(hù)措施比較重視,而對(duì)選擇在夏季施工的混凝土道路及場(chǎng)地的質(zhì)量管理措施較少。特別是針對(duì)華南地區(qū)城市道路,在高溫季節(jié)時(shí)候混凝土路面施工的研究成果較少。在華南地區(qū)夏季施工時(shí),由于沒(méi)有針對(duì)華南地區(qū)特有的高溫潮濕氣候的特點(diǎn),制定有效的質(zhì)量管理措施,就很容易在混凝土道路施工時(shí)造成面層開(kāi)裂,甚至是斷板�；诒竟こ痰膮^(qū)域及氣象特點(diǎn),為解決華南地區(qū)高溫季節(jié)城市道路混凝土路面施工中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,論文以白云機(jī)場(chǎng)第三跑道項(xiàng)目遷建人漢、方華路工程為研究課題,通過(guò)調(diào)研分析,收集有關(guān)混凝土路面高溫季節(jié)施工質(zhì)量管理的有關(guān)資料,制定項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo),建立項(xiàng)目管理策劃和質(zhì)量管理體系。通過(guò)對(duì)華南地區(qū)高溫季節(jié)城市道路混凝土路面施工關(guān)鍵工序質(zhì)量管理的研究(對(duì)混凝土生產(chǎn)及運(yùn)輸管理的控制、對(duì)混凝土路面切縫工藝的控制、對(duì)混凝土路面養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的控制),解決了華南地區(qū)城市道路混凝土路面在高溫季節(jié)的施工質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題。本文根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出華南地區(qū)城市道路高溫季節(jié)混凝土路面的施工質(zhì)量管理措施,確�；炷谅访娴氖┕べ|(zhì)量達(dá)到本項(xiàng)目的管理目標(biāo),并為日后同類(lèi)型工程的質(zhì)量管理提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the domestic construction units pay more attention to the protection measures of concrete road construction in winter, but less to the quality management measures of the concrete road and site selected for construction in summer. Especially for the urban roads in South China, the research results of concrete pavement construction in high temperature season are less. In the summer construction in South China, because there is no characteristic of high temperature and humid climate in South China, it is easy to make effective quality management measures, which will cause surface cracking and even broken slab in the construction of concrete road. Based on the regional and meteorological characteristics of the project, in order to solve the quality problems often occurring in the construction of the urban road concrete pavement in the high temperature season in South China, the paper takes the third runway project of Baiyun Airport as the research topic. Through investigation and analysis, this paper collects relevant information about construction quality management of concrete pavement during high temperature season, formulates project management objectives, and establishes project management planning and quality management system. Through the study on the quality management of the key working procedures of the urban road concrete pavement construction in the high temperature season in South China (the control of the concrete production and transportation management and the control of the joint cutting technology of the concrete pavement), The control of concrete pavement maintenance and management has solved the construction quality management of urban road concrete pavement in South China during the high temperature season. According to the actual situation of the project, this paper summarizes the construction quality management measures of the concrete pavement in the high temperature season of the urban road in South China, so as to ensure the construction quality of the concrete pavement to reach the management goal of the project. And for the future quality management of the same type of project to provide experience and reference.
