深厚軟土地區(qū)高承臺橋梁群樁基礎水平受力影響因素分析

【摘要】:高承臺群樁基礎具有適用條件廣泛,承載能力強等特點,在深厚軟土地區(qū)橋梁工程中得到了廣泛的應用。如果設計人員對橋梁群樁基礎水平受力影響因素認識不足,可能設計過于保守導致工程造價過高。本文以滬通高速鐵路某特大橋群樁基礎為背景,主要采用三維有限元方法對深厚軟土地層高承臺群樁基礎水平受力特性的影響因素進行了研究。探討了樁基水平受力數(shù)值分析的建模方法,通過對多種土體本構模型的對比,指出了劍橋粘土模型在本項研究中的適用性;考慮水平受荷樁的樁土界面力學特性,得出適宜的樁土界面處理方法;確定了樁基三維有限元模型幾何邊界條件的選取原則,即水平方向不宜小于40倍樁徑,豎向不宜小于1.3倍樁長。應用ABAQUS有限元軟件,采用劍橋粘土本構關系模擬軟土,研究了樁長、樁徑、樁體剛度、樁頂約束條件、樁間距以及土體參數(shù)等因素對高承臺樁基水平承載特性的影響規(guī)律,結果表明在僅受水平荷載的條件下,其臨界樁長約為30倍樁徑,樁間距最優(yōu)值為4倍樁徑,劍橋粘土模型中的回彈參數(shù)κ對樁基變形起控制作用。最后結合太安特大橋,對其水平承載特性進行了分析。研究成果為水平受力條件下高承臺群樁基礎的工程設計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The pile group foundation with high cap is widely used in bridge engineering in deep soft soil area because of its wide applicable conditions and strong bearing capacity. If the designers do not know enough about the influence factors of the horizontal force on the bridge pile group foundation, the design may be too conservative and the project cost is too high. In this paper, based on the foundation of pile group of a large bridge in the Shanghai-Tongtong high-speed railway, the influence factors of the horizontal stress characteristics of the pile group foundation with deep soft soil layer and high cap are studied by using the three-dimensional finite element method. This paper discusses the modeling method of numerical analysis of horizontal force on pile foundation, points out the applicability of Cambridge clay model in this study, and considers the mechanical properties of pile-soil interface of horizontal loaded pile, and points out the applicability of Cambridge clay model in this study through the comparison of various constitutive models of soil. A suitable treatment method of pile-soil interface is obtained, and the selection principle of geometric boundary conditions for 3D finite element model of pile foundation is determined, that is, the horizontal direction should not be less than 40 times the diameter of the pile, and the vertical direction should not be less than 1.3 times the length of the pile. The influence of pile length, pile diameter, pile stiffness, pile top constraint condition, pile spacing and soil parameters on the horizontal bearing characteristics of high cap pile foundation are studied by using the ABAQUS finite element software and the Cambridge clay constitutive relation to simulate the soft soil. The results show that the critical pile length is about 30 times of pile diameter and the optimum value of pile spacing is 4 times under the condition of only horizontal load. The springback parameter 魏 in Cambridge clay model can control the deformation of pile foundation. Finally, the horizontal bearing characteristics of Taian Bridge are analyzed. The research results provide a reference for the engineering design of pile group foundation with high cap under horizontal loading.
