利用太陽能煙囪的公路隧道自然通風(fēng)數(shù)值模擬與研究

【摘要】:公路隧道通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的巨大耗電量,使通風(fēng)節(jié)能問題越來越為人們所關(guān)注,公路隧道的自然通風(fēng)也一直是公路隧道領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)課題之一。太陽能煙囪作為一種熱壓作用下的自然通風(fēng)設(shè)備,利用太陽輻射,將熱能轉(zhuǎn)化為空氣的動(dòng)能,從而起到通風(fēng)換氣的作用。本文將公路隧道自然通風(fēng)與太陽能煙囪結(jié)合,對(duì)用于隧道通風(fēng)的太陽能煙囪通風(fēng)效果進(jìn)行了研究。首先提出了一種利用太陽能煙囪實(shí)現(xiàn)公路隧道通風(fēng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,它由太陽能煙囪結(jié)合豎井構(gòu)成,可以借助太陽能加強(qiáng)公路隧道自然通風(fēng)效果。其次,推導(dǎo)出了通風(fēng)阻力和超靜壓差存在的情況下,太陽能煙囪通風(fēng)量與尺寸參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)公式,并利用計(jì)算機(jī)流體仿真進(jìn)行了不同尺寸下的太陽能煙囪數(shù)值模擬。模擬結(jié)果表明:集熱棚長(zhǎng)度為50-200m的太陽能煙囪能夠產(chǎn)生與自然風(fēng)通風(fēng)阻力大致相等的負(fù)壓。同時(shí)經(jīng)過對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了上述公式。最后在雷家坡一號(hào)隧道設(shè)置了太陽能煙囪自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),通過實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,并結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬,表明該系統(tǒng)取得了較好的自然通風(fēng)效果。研究表明太陽能煙囪能將純自然通風(fēng)條件下豎井原有的通風(fēng)量提升約一倍;并且在不利時(shí)間段,使用太陽能煙囪產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓能夠抵消隧道自然通風(fēng)阻力。并提出了改進(jìn)方案,改進(jìn)后太陽能煙囪能提升約25%-35%的通風(fēng)量。太陽能煙囪通風(fēng)技術(shù)適用于太陽能資源豐富的隧道,極大地提高了公路隧道自然通風(fēng)的效果,它的推廣使用有助于進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)公路隧道節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Because of the huge power consumption of highway tunnel ventilation system, people pay more and more attention to the problem of ventilation energy saving. The natural ventilation of highway tunnel has been one of the key topics in the field of highway tunnel. Solar chimney, as a kind of natural ventilation equipment under hot pressure, uses solar radiation to convert heat energy into kinetic energy of air, thus it plays the role of ventilation and ventilation. In this paper, natural ventilation of highway tunnel and solar chimney are combined to study the ventilation effect of solar chimney for tunnel ventilation. In this paper, a new structure of highway tunnel ventilation using solar energy chimney is put forward, which is composed of solar chimney and shaft, which can enhance the natural ventilation effect of highway tunnel by solar energy. Secondly, the mathematical formulas of ventilation and dimension parameters of solar chimney under the condition of ventilation resistance and overstatic pressure difference are derived, and the numerical simulation of solar chimney with different sizes is carried out by computer fluid simulation. The simulation results show that the solar chimney with the length of 50-200 m can produce negative pressure which is about equal to the ventilation resistance of natural wind. At the same time, the above formula is verified by comparison. Finally, the natural ventilation system of solar chimney is set up in the No.1 tunnel of Leijiapo. Through the analysis of the measured data and the numerical simulation, it is shown that the system has achieved better natural ventilation effect. The study shows that solar chimney can double the original ventilation of shaft under pure natural ventilation, and that the negative pressure generated by solar chimney can offset the natural ventilation resistance of tunnel in unfavorable time. The improved solar chimney can increase the ventilation by about 25-35%. Solar chimney ventilation technology is suitable for tunnels with abundant solar energy resources, which greatly improves the effect of natural ventilation in highway tunnels. Its popularization and use will help to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in highway tunnels.
