不同通風(fēng)模式下隧道酒精池火熱傳遞過程

【摘要】:為分析不同通風(fēng)模式對于池火熱傳遞過程的影響,在隧道模型內(nèi)進(jìn)行直徑0.5 m酒精池火實(shí)驗(yàn),測試和對比燃料質(zhì)量損失速率、火場溫度、火焰輻射熱和對流換熱熱通量.結(jié)果表明:在0.5 m/s縱向排煙模式下,旺盛階段連續(xù)火焰區(qū)火焰輻射熱通量比自然通風(fēng)條件增加了30%左右,這對火災(zāi)熱傳遞過程控制不利.在0.8,1 m/s縱向排煙條件下,旺盛階段連續(xù)火焰區(qū)火焰輻射熱通量及上部熱煙氣層溫度顯著降低.0.5 m/s頂部排煙顯著降低了旺盛階段連續(xù)火焰區(qū)火焰輻射熱通量,火災(zāi)最晚達(dá)到旺盛階段,較早進(jìn)入衰減階段.0.5 m/s頂部排煙是本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下最佳的排煙模式.
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of different ventilation modes on the heat transfer process of the tank, the experiment of 0.5 m diameter alcohol pool fire was carried out in the tunnel model, and the fuel mass loss rate, fire temperature, flame radiation heat and convection heat flux were measured and compared. The results show that under the 0.5 m / s longitudinal exhaust mode, the flame radiation heat flux in the continuous flame region in the exuberant stage is increased by about 30% compared with the natural ventilation condition, which is unfavorable to the control of the fire heat transfer process. Under the condition of 0.8 m / s longitudinal smoke exhaust, the flame radiation heat flux in the continuous flame region and the temperature of the upper hot flue gas layer in the continuous flame region in the exuberant stage were significantly decreased by .0.5 m / s top smoke emission, and the flame radiation heat flux in the continuous flame zone in the vigorous stage was significantly decreased. The fire reached the exuberant stage at the latest and reached the attenuation stage earlier. 0.5 m / s top smoke exhaust was the best smoke exhaust mode under the experimental conditions.
