山地組團城市停車換乘設(shè)施選址方法研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城市化進程快速推進,人民生活水平日益提高,小汽車保有量連年遞增,然而城市空間有限,交通設(shè)施不能滿足日益增長的交通需求,城市中心區(qū)交通擁堵、停車困難已成為制約城市快速發(fā)展的重要因素。停車換乘(Park and Ride,PR)作為一種重要的交通需求管理手段已經(jīng)在許多發(fā)達國家成功應(yīng)用,它通過引導(dǎo)小汽車出行者將車輛停放在換乘停車場,再轉(zhuǎn)乘大容量公共交通,減少了進入市中心的小汽車數(shù)量,進而緩解城市中心區(qū)的交通擁堵。由于國情不同,西方的模式不能照搬,且我國是個多山的國家,山地城鎮(zhèn)約占全國城鎮(zhèn)總數(shù)的1/2,在城市布局上多出現(xiàn)組團式、分片區(qū)的特點。停車換乘作為解決城市中心區(qū)交通問題的重要舉措,設(shè)施的布局選址是規(guī)劃的前提。因此針對山地組團城市特殊的城市布局,探究停車換乘設(shè)施的選址方法具有十分重要的意義。論文首先概述了停車換乘系統(tǒng)的概念以及分類,分析了一般停車換乘設(shè)施選址的原則以及影響因素,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)施選址的經(jīng)典模型。其次,給出了山地組團城市的定義,分析其用地布局、交通特性,探討了發(fā)展停車換乘的必要性,并提出了山地組團城市的PR層次結(jié)構(gòu)。隨后,確定了山地組團城市停車換乘設(shè)施定性定量相結(jié)合、分層進行的選址方法。考慮到山地組團城市的特殊性,通過確定設(shè)施覆蓋范圍、出行者選擇PR的比例以及各組團中心對交通量的吸引強度這幾個方面來確定停車換乘的需求預(yù)測。在此基礎(chǔ)上進行選址時,通過分析山地組團城市PR的層次性,針對中心邊緣區(qū)和軌道交通線網(wǎng),分別建立了覆蓋選址模型和截流選址分配模型,并給出了相應(yīng)的算法。最后,以重慶市為例,結(jié)合重慶市的整體概況及交通需求對本文提出的選址方法進行了應(yīng)用,初步規(guī)劃了軌道交通6號線上停車換乘設(shè)施的選址方案。通過本文的研究,得到了山地組團城市停車換乘設(shè)施的層次分類以及相應(yīng)的選址優(yōu)化模型,實例的應(yīng)用證明了選址方法的科學(xué)性和可行性,為山地組團城市發(fā)展停車換乘系統(tǒng)提供了一定的理論依據(jù)和實踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the rapid progress of urbanization, the people's living standard is improving day by day, and the number of cars is increasing year after year. However, the urban space is limited, and the traffic facilities can not meet the increasing traffic demand. Traffic jams and parking difficulties in urban centers have become an important factor restricting the rapid development of cities. As an important means of traffic demand management, Park and Ridea has been successfully applied in many developed countries by guiding car travelers to park their vehicles in the transfer parking lot and then transfer to mass transit. Reduce the number of cars entering the city center, thereby reducing traffic congestion in downtown areas. Because of the different national conditions, the western model can not be copied, and China is a mountainous country, the mountainous cities and towns account for about 1 / 2 of the total number of cities in the country. As an important measure to solve the traffic problem in urban center, the layout and location of facilities is the premise of planning. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the location method of parking and transfer facilities in view of the special urban layout of mountainous cities. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept and classification of parking and transfer system, analyzes the principles and influencing factors of general parking and transfer facility location, and summarizes the classical model of traditional facility location. Secondly, the paper gives the definition of mountainous group city, analyzes its land layout, traffic characteristics, discusses the necessity of developing parking and transfer, and puts forward the PR hierarchy of mountainous city. Then, the location method of qualitative and quantitative analysis and stratification of parking and rider facilities in mountainous cities is determined. Considering the particularity of mountainous cities, the demand forecast of parking and transfer is determined by determining the coverage of facilities, the proportion of travelers choosing PR and the attraction intensity of traffic volume in each group center. On the basis of this, by analyzing the hierarchy of PR in mountainous cities, the overlay location model and the closure location allocation model are established for the central edge area and rail transit network, respectively, and the corresponding algorithms are given. Finally, taking Chongqing as an example, combined with the general situation and traffic demand of Chongqing, the paper applies the location method proposed in this paper, and preliminarily plans the location scheme of parking and transfer facilities on Line 6 of Rail Transit. Through the research of this paper, the hierarchical classification of parking and transfer facilities in mountainous cities and the corresponding location optimization model are obtained. The application of an example proves that the location selection method is scientific and feasible. It provides some theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of parking and rider transfer system in mountainous cities.
