軌道交通高架橋U型梁預(yù)制與架設(shè)成套技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著城市軌道交通工程的快速發(fā)展,U型梁越來越多的用于高架橋線路,U型梁結(jié)構(gòu)形式新穎,截面尺寸多變,施工工藝較為復(fù)雜。因建設(shè)項(xiàng)目相對(duì)較少,施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏,U型梁的預(yù)制、運(yùn)輸及架設(shè)施工工藝,需進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)研究,進(jìn)一步完善提升。本文以青島藍(lán)色硅谷軌道交通工程2#梁場為依托,從施工角度出現(xiàn),充分挖掘施工細(xì)節(jié),結(jié)合南京地鐵2號(hào)線,上海地鐵16號(hào)線等工程實(shí)例,從施工的角度展開,通過部分試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)行全方位總結(jié)、優(yōu)劃,確定最優(yōu)的U型梁制、運(yùn)、架施工方案。施工設(shè)備直接決定所采取的施工方案,施工時(shí)盡量選有技術(shù)先進(jìn)、安全可靠設(shè)備,通過提高機(jī)械化作業(yè)程度,減少人工操作,提高工程質(zhì)量。特別是U梁的制、運(yùn)、架作業(yè),技術(shù)含量高,專業(yè)性強(qiáng),選擇合適的機(jī)械設(shè)備,事半功倍。文中詳細(xì)研究了2#梁場施工中采用的全自動(dòng)鋼筋生產(chǎn)線、全液壓內(nèi)模、智能張拉系統(tǒng)、250T輪胎式提梁機(jī)、專用公路大件運(yùn)輸車、雙導(dǎo)梁架橋機(jī)等設(shè)備。本文的主要內(nèi)容為:1、結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況,確定U型制梁場的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。提出梁預(yù)制場的平面布置、制存梁臺(tái)位設(shè)計(jì)、工裝設(shè)備配置、臨時(shí)設(shè)施的安排,可為不同條件下的梁場建設(shè)參考采用。2、U型梁預(yù)制技術(shù)研究:全自動(dòng)鋼筋加工生產(chǎn)線的研究,液壓模板的設(shè)計(jì)及安拆,砼施工工藝,智能張拉系統(tǒng)的研究,橋梁場內(nèi)移運(yùn)技術(shù),梁體外觀質(zhì)量控制,冬季施工技術(shù)等。3、運(yùn)、架施工技術(shù)研究:運(yùn)、架梁設(shè)備的選用,橋下公路及梁上運(yùn)輸方案,架橋機(jī)架梁方案,運(yùn)、架梁過程中的安全技術(shù)措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban rail transit engineering, more and more U-shaped beams are used in viaduct lines. Due to the relatively few construction projects and the lack of construction experience in prefabrication, transportation and erection of U-shaped beams, it is necessary to carry out special research to further improve the construction. Based on Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley rail transit engineering beam yard, this paper, from the construction point of view, fully excavates the construction details, combined with Nanjing Metro Line 2, Shanghai Metro Line 16 and other engineering examples, from the construction point of view, Through partial test and verification, summing up and optimizing layout, the optimal construction scheme of U-beam system, transportation and frame is determined. The construction equipment directly determines the adopted construction plan, and selects as far as possible advanced technology, safe and reliable equipment during construction. By improving the degree of mechanization, reducing manual operation, and improving the engineering quality. In particular, U beam system, transportation, rack operation, high technical content, professional, choose the appropriate machinery and equipment, twice the result with half the effort. In this paper, the fully automatic steel production line, hydraulic internal model, intelligent tension system 250T tire beam lifting machine, special highway large truck, double guide beam erection machine and other equipment used in the construction of beam yard are studied in detail. The main content of this paper is 1: 1. According to the actual situation in the field, the planning and design of U-shaped beam yard are determined. It is put forward that the plane arrangement of beam precast yard, the design of beam making and storing platform, the arrangement of equipment and temporary facilities can be used as reference for the construction of beam yard under different conditions, and the research on prefabrication technology of .2U beam can be used: the research of automatic steel bar processing production line. Hydraulic formwork design and installation, concrete construction technology, intelligent tensioning system research, bridge yard transport technology, beam appearance quality control, winter construction technology, etc. Transportation scheme of highway and beam below bridge, beam erection scheme of bridge erecting machine, safety technical measures in the process of transportation and erection of beam.
