【摘要】：以蒙華鐵路公安長江公鐵兩用特大橋?yàn)榈湫蛯?shí)例,介紹了4號主塔墩基礎(chǔ)鉆孔樁施工技術(shù)。該墩基礎(chǔ)采用36鐖(2.8~3.1)m變直徑鉆孔樁,樁長90m,其下為很厚的砂夾卵石覆蓋層,鉆孔施工能否順利穿過該層是本工程的難點(diǎn)與關(guān)鍵。施工中選用大功率、高扭矩KPG3000型旋轉(zhuǎn)鉆機(jī)施鉆,配備大管徑吸泥機(jī)及時吸出大粒徑鉆渣。采用“慢轉(zhuǎn)速、少給進(jìn)、勤給進(jìn)”的低壓鉆進(jìn)工藝,成功解決了鉆進(jìn)成孔難題。
[Abstract]:Taking the Menghua Railway Public Security Yangtze River double purpose Bridge as a typical example, this paper introduces the construction technology of bored pile on the foundation of No. 4 main tower pier. The foundation of the pier is a variable diameter bored pile with a length of 90 m. The pile foundation is a thick sand and pebble cladding layer. The difficulty and key point of this project are whether or not the borehole construction can smoothly pass through the layer. The high power and high torque KPG3000 rotary drilling machine is used in the construction, and the large diameter mud suction machine is equipped with the large diameter mud suction machine to absorb the large diameter drilling slag in time. The low-pressure drilling technology of "slow speed, less feed and frequent feeding" has successfully solved the problem of drilling hole formation.
