【摘要】：在多斷面變徑隧道施工中,通過模板系統(tǒng)與門架的配合使用,以適應(yīng)隧道斷面的頻繁變化。模板系統(tǒng)采用側(cè)模通用、在拱部增加或減少定型小模板的方法,滿足斷面弧型的需要。臺車門架系統(tǒng)通過主門架在車站段共用,增加或減少副門架的方法,達到改變襯砌臺車的寬度目的。為提高襯砌速度,采用組合鋼模板全液壓脫立模、電動減速機自動行走的襯砌臺車。為提高襯砌質(zhì)量,專門設(shè)計了配管系統(tǒng),將泵送混凝土通過管道均勻分布在襯砌臺車模板內(nèi)。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場施工情況,總結(jié)了襯砌臺車應(yīng)用過程的安裝與組裝方法。
[Abstract]:In the construction of multi cross-section and variable diameter tunnel construction, the template system is used in conjunction with the door frame to adapt to the frequent change of the tunnel section. The formwork system adopts the lateral die general, and the method of adding or reducing the small template in the arch to meet the needs of the section arc type. The platform car door frame system is shared by the main portal frame in the station section to increase or reduce the auxiliary door frame. In order to improve the width of the lining trolley, in order to improve the lining speed, the lining trolley of the combined steel plate and the electric reducer is used to improve the lining quality. In order to improve the lining quality, the pipe system is specially designed. The pump concrete is evenly distributed in the lining of the lining platform through the pipe. The installation and assembly process of lining trolley is summarized.
