考慮用戶時間沖突的停車共享方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著機動車保有量的快速增加,大城市中心區(qū)用地的有限導致停車位不足,而許多居民區(qū)的私人車位在白天處于空閑狀態(tài).停車共享策略可以很好地解決不同群體對同一地塊停車需求在時間上的互補問題.然而,停車共享的實施必須要解決好一個問題,即,車位提供者與外部使用者之間的沖突.本文主要研究如何實施停車共享,根據(jù)需求調(diào)節(jié)共享終止時刻、泊位供應率,使得在避免沖突的情況下停車管理者收益最大.
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles, the limited use of land in the center of a large city leads to a shortage of parking spaces, while private parking spaces in many residential areas are idle during the day. Parking sharing strategy can solve the problem of time complementarity between different groups for the parking demand of the same plot. However, the implementation of parking sharing must solve a problem, that is, the conflict between parking providers and external users. This paper mainly studies how to implement parking sharing and adjust the stop time and the berth supply rate according to the demand to maximize the profit of parking manager in the case of avoiding conflict.
