新型鋼阻尼器滯回性能試驗(yàn)研究與工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:全世界各地地震頻繁發(fā)生,我國(guó)也發(fā)生了汶川、玉樹(shù)等地震災(zāi)害。而橋梁作為公路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的樞紐,在強(qiáng)烈的地震災(zāi)害的作用下,會(huì)由于橋梁的破壞導(dǎo)致整個(gè)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的癱瘓。因此橋梁的抗震性能的研究已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。近幾十年來(lái),通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外的學(xué)者研究,提出在橋梁上安裝阻尼器。地震發(fā)生時(shí),作用在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)上的地震作用力先作用在阻尼器上,這樣直接作用在橋梁上的地震作用力就大大降低。提高了橋梁的抗震性能。論文首先提出了一種新型圓環(huán)加肋鋼阻尼器,該阻尼器有制作方便、構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。利用大型有限元計(jì)算軟件Ansys對(duì)新型鋼阻尼器進(jìn)行循環(huán)加載,分析不同的參數(shù)對(duì)新型鋼阻尼器的的耗能特性、應(yīng)變分布特性的影響。為新型鋼阻尼器的設(shè)計(jì)制作提供參考。然后,對(duì)其中耗能性能比較的好的B10型鋼阻尼器進(jìn)行加工制作與試驗(yàn)性能過(guò)的研究,結(jié)果表明該型號(hào)新型鋼阻尼器具有較好的耗能減震能力。與Ansys的數(shù)值仿真分析結(jié)果基本相符。最后,論文給出一個(gè)11跨的20m跨徑的T型梁橋的算例。用MIDAS CIVIL對(duì)該算例進(jìn)行非線性時(shí)程分析,分析不同工況下的自震周期、梁體最大位移、墩底內(nèi)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。分析結(jié)果表明,新型鋼阻尼器在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)在能降低在地震作用下的自震周期,梁體的位移和伸縮縫處的位移。提高了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,從而有效的保護(hù)了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Earthquakes occur frequently all over the world, and Wenchuan, Yushu and other earthquake disasters occur in China. Bridge, as the hub of highway traffic network, will be paralyzed by the destruction of bridge under the action of strong earthquake disaster. Therefore, the study of seismic performance of bridges has become an urgent problem. In recent decades, through the research of scholars at home and abroad, the installation of dampers on bridges is proposed. When an earthquake occurs, the seismic force acting on the bridge structure acts on the damper first, so the seismic force acting directly on the bridge is greatly reduced. The seismic performance of the bridge is improved. In this paper, a new ring ribbed steel damper is proposed, which has the advantages of convenient fabrication, simple construction and economical and practical use. The new steel damper is subjected to cyclic loading with the large finite element calculation software Ansys. The influence of different parameters on the energy dissipation characteristics and strain distribution characteristics of the new steel damper is analyzed. It provides a reference for the design and manufacture of new steel damper. The experimental results show that the new type of steel damper has better energy dissipation capacity. The results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results of Ansys. Finally, an example of an 11-span T-beam bridge with 20 m span is given. The nonlinear time-history analysis of this example is carried out by MIDAS CIVIL. The period of self-motion, the maximum displacement of beam and the internal force at the bottom of pier are compared and analyzed under different working conditions. The analysis results show that the new steel damper can reduce the period of self-motion, the displacement of beam and the displacement of expansion joint in bridge structure under earthquake. Improve the seismic performance of bridge structure, thus effectively protect the bridge structure.
