大跨度鋼拱橋構件評級體系研究

【摘要】:為對大跨度鋼拱橋構件制定合理的檢查和養(yǎng)護策略,根據(jù)該類橋梁的特點開展構件評級體系研究。從安全性和耐久性2個角度對構件進行評級,構建多個安全性和耐久性因子,對安全性和耐久性因子的分析結果設置一個評分標準,采用層次分析法確定各因子的權重,計算構件的安全性和耐久性綜合得分,據(jù)此建立構件評級矩陣,并制定適當?shù)臉蛄簶嫾䴔z查和養(yǎng)護策略。采用該構件評級體系對廣州新光大橋進行構件評級,結果顯示,該橋主跨橋面橫梁的安全性等級偏低,邊、主跨吊桿的耐久性等級也偏低,在制定檢查周期和養(yǎng)護策略時,應重點關注這幾類構件。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a reasonable inspection and maintenance strategy for long-span steel arch bridge members, the component rating system is studied according to the characteristics of this kind of bridges. According to the two aspects of safety and durability, the members are rated, and several safety and durability factors are constructed. The analysis results of the safety and durability factors are evaluated by a scoring standard, and the weight of each factor is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The comprehensive scores of safety and durability of the components are calculated, according to which the component rating matrix is established, and appropriate inspection and maintenance strategies for bridge members are formulated. The result shows that the safety grade of the bridge deck crossbeam is on the low side, and the durability grade of the main span suspension rod is also low. When the inspection period and maintenance strategy are formulated, the system is used to grade the components of the bridge, and the result shows that the safety grade of the bridge deck beam is low, and the durability grade of the main span suspension rod is also low. Attention should be paid to these types of components.
