棉秸稈纖維瀝青膠漿路用性能研究

【摘要】:瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性及抗疲勞特性等路用性能的好壞決定了瀝青路面的使用壽命,而對(duì)瀝青混合料起粘結(jié)作用的瀝青膠漿的性能很大程度上決定了瀝青混合料的路用性能,尤其是對(duì)混合料低溫抗開裂、抗疲勞性能有重要影響。摻加纖維后,能較大程度地提高瀝青膠漿的路用性能。本文在已有瀝青膠漿性能研究的基礎(chǔ)上,摻加一定量的自制棉秸稈纖維,以此來改善瀝青的高溫穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗裂性。采用棉秸稈纖維和木質(zhì)素纖維制備不同纖維類型、不同摻量的瀝青膠漿,以錐入度試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)纖維瀝青膠漿溫度敏感性和抗剪切性能,分析溫度、纖維類型及摻量對(duì)瀝青膠漿貫入深度、抗剪強(qiáng)度的影響;以動(dòng)態(tài)剪切流變?cè)囼?yàn)評(píng)價(jià)纖維瀝青膠漿的流變特性,分析纖維類型及摻量對(duì)復(fù)數(shù)剪切模量、相位角的影響規(guī)律;以布氏粘度試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)纖維瀝青膠漿的粘溫特性,分析纖維類型及摻量對(duì)粘度的影響;采用彎曲梁流變?cè)囼?yàn)評(píng)價(jià)纖維瀝青膠漿的低溫形變性能,分析纖維類型及摻量對(duì)低溫勁度模量、蠕變速率的影響。結(jié)果表明:無論是棉秸稈纖維還是木質(zhì)素纖維,纖維摻量對(duì)瀝青膠漿性能影響顯著,兩者對(duì)膠漿性能影響規(guī)律相似。隨著纖維摻量增加,纖維瀝青膠漿高溫抗剪性能提高,纖維摻量從1%到3%,對(duì)瀝青膠漿高溫性能改善效果十分顯著;隨著纖維摻量的增加,纖維瀝青膠漿的粘度增大,纖維瀝青混合料的拌合溫度應(yīng)稍高于普通瀝青混合料;隨著纖維摻量增加,纖維瀝青膠漿低溫勁度模量增大,蠕變速率減小,纖維對(duì)瀝青膠漿低溫性能改善的合適摻量是2%。結(jié)合纖維瀝青膠漿粘溫特性與纖維瀝青混合料施工工藝,本文推薦棉秸稈纖維最佳摻量為2%左右,為棉秸稈纖維瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and anti fatigue properties of asphalt mixture determine the service life of asphalt pavement, and the performance of asphalt mixture which is bonded to asphalt mixture determines the road performance of asphalt mixture to a great extent, especially at low temperature resistance to cracking and fatigue resistance of the mixture. In this paper, a certain amount of homemade cotton straw fiber is added to improve the high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance of the asphalt on the basis of the research on the performance of the asphalt mortar. With the same amount of asphalt mortar, the temperature sensitivity and shear resistance of the fiber asphalt mortar were evaluated by cone penetration test. The influence of temperature, fiber type and content on the penetration depth and shear strength of the asphalt mortar was analyzed. The rheological properties of the asphalt mortar were evaluated by dynamic shear rheological test, and the type of fiber and the amount of mixed shear modulus were analyzed. The influence of the viscosity of the fiber asphalt mortar was evaluated by the brucellus viscosity test, and the influence of the fiber type and content on the viscosity was analyzed. The deformation properties of the fiber asphalt mortar were evaluated by the bending beam rheological test, and the effects of the fiber type and content on the low temperature stiffness modulus and the creep rate were analyzed. It is cotton straw fiber or lignin fiber, the fiber content has significant influence on the performance of asphalt mortar. With the increase of fiber content, the high temperature shear resistance of the fiber asphalt mortar is increased, the fiber content is from 1% to 3%, and the high temperature performance of the asphalt mortar is remarkably improved; with the increase of fiber content, As the viscosity of fiber asphalt mortar increases, the mixing temperature of fiber bitumen mixture should be slightly higher than that of ordinary asphalt mixture. With the increase of fiber content, the modulus of low temperature stiffness and the creep rate of the fiber asphalt mortar decrease. The appropriate amount of fiber to the improvement of the low temperature performance of the asphalt mortar is the viscosity temperature characteristic of 2%. combined with fiber asphalt mortar and the fiber leachate. In the construction process of green mixture, the optimum content of cotton straw fiber is recommended to be about 2%, which provides reference for the mix proportion design of cotton straw fiber asphalt mixture.
