寬幅流線(xiàn)型鋼箱梁渦振性能氣動(dòng)優(yōu)化措施研究

【摘要】:為了解寬幅流線(xiàn)型鋼箱梁在大攻角下的渦振性能,確定斷面的渦振敏感構(gòu)件,改善其渦振性能,以太洪長(zhǎng)江大橋(主跨808m的雙塔懸索橋)為背景,制作1∶50加勁梁節(jié)段模型,通過(guò)風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)研究其寬幅流線(xiàn)型鋼箱梁在不同攻角下的渦振性能,通過(guò)設(shè)置檢修道欄桿抑流板、檢修軌道內(nèi)移及減小風(fēng)嘴角度等氣動(dòng)措施對(duì)其渦振性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并測(cè)試各優(yōu)化措施的抑振效果。結(jié)果表明:寬幅流線(xiàn)型鋼箱梁渦振性能隨來(lái)流風(fēng)攻角增大逐漸變差;橋面檢修道欄桿是渦振首要敏感構(gòu)件,梁底檢修軌道對(duì)渦振的影響較弱;設(shè)置檢修道欄桿抑流板、減小風(fēng)嘴角度對(duì)抑制渦振響應(yīng)均有明顯效果,同時(shí)結(jié)合檢修軌道內(nèi)移能更顯著地抑制渦振響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the vortex vibration performance of wide streamlined steel box girder at large angle of attack, determine the eddy vibration sensitive member of section and improve its vortex vibration performance, a 1:50 stiffened beam segment model was made with Taihong Yangtze River Bridge (a two-tower suspension bridge with a main span of 808m) as the background. The vortex vibration performance of its wide streamlined steel box girder under different attack angles was studied by wind tunnel test, and the vortex vibration performance was optimized by setting up-and-down railings, moving the track inside and reducing the angle of the wind nozzle, and so on. The vibration suppression effect of each optimization measure is tested. The results show that the vortex vibration performance of wide streamlined steel box girder becomes worse with the increase of wind attack angle, the bridge deck rail is the most sensitive component of vortex vibration, and the influence of beam bottom track on vortex vibration is weak. Reducing the angle of wind nozzle has obvious effect on suppressing the response of vortex vibration, and combining with the moving energy of overhaul track, the response of vortex vibration is restrained more obviously.
