【摘要】:S223濰九公路始建于1998年,是山東省交通公路部門將原先濰坊至臨朐公路以及原臨朐至九山公路合并升級后的結(jié)果。S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段貫穿濰坊的濱海區(qū)、壽光市、寒亭區(qū),改建的原因一方面是:原有道路修建的標準較低,伴隨著近幾年濰坊經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,交通量也跟著不斷的增長,而S223公路已經(jīng)運用了二十多年,有很多路段的路面都出現(xiàn)了嚴重的破損,路基下沉、變形明顯,使整條路段的運營服務(wù)水平明顯降低,在一定程度上制約了濰坊市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展;另一方面S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段是處于濰坊經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心區(qū)域中,對其的改建不僅能夠大大的提升運營質(zhì)量和運營數(shù)量,同時還能夠起到美化濰坊的作用。S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段的改建升級勢在必行。本論文課題來源于該段改建工程的可行性研究。本論文共分四章。第一章簡要闡述了S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段的改建項目的背景,總結(jié)了該項目的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法,對S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段的改建項目建設(shè)的必要性作了簡單的論述;第二章主要介紹的是該項目影響區(qū)的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展規(guī)劃、交通運輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀及趨勢,并對當前S223公路的現(xiàn)狀和問題進行了分析;第三章根據(jù)S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段的交通量調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過定量和定性的分析、組合預(yù)測等方式方法,預(yù)測今后交通的增量以及發(fā)展趨勢交通量,并對該項目的發(fā)展遠景進行預(yù)測分析;第四章主要對該項目的建設(shè)條件進行闡述,從地形、地質(zhì)、水文、氣候、筑路材料及運輸?shù)葪l件對項目的建設(shè)進行分析。本論文依托S223濰九線濱海大家洼至濰高路口段改建項目,結(jié)合公路工程改建的必要性研究相關(guān)理論,對改建的公路項目必要性研究中的交通量需求分析、項目技術(shù)性分析、項目綜合性分析進行了實踐研究,為公路改建項目的必要性研究提供了實踐應(yīng)用理論。
[Abstract]:The S223 Weijiu Highway was built in 1998. It is the result of the combination and upgrading of the original Weifang to Linqu highway and the original Linqu to Jiushan highway by the Shandong traffic highway department. In Hanting District, the reason for the reconstruction is, on the one hand, the construction standards of the original roads are relatively low. With the rapid economic development of Weifang in recent years, the traffic volume has also been increasing continuously, and the S223 Highway has been in use for more than 20 years. There are many sections of the pavement have appeared serious damage, subgrade subsidence, deformation is obvious, so that the entire section of the operation and service level significantly reduced, to a certain extent restricted the economic development of Weifang; On the other hand, the section from Binhai Dajiawa to Weigao on the S223 Weijiu Line is located in the core area of Weifang's economic development. Its reconstruction can not only greatly improve the operation quality and operation quantity, At the same time, it can beautify Weifang. This thesis comes from the feasibility study of the reconstruction project. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the background of the reconstruction project from Dagayawa to Weigaojie section of the S223 Weijiu Line, and summarizes the research contents and methods of the project. In this paper, the necessity of reconstruction project construction in the section from Binhai Dajiawa to Weigao on the S223 Weijiu Line is briefly discussed, the second chapter mainly introduces the current economic situation and development planning of the affected area of the project, the present situation and trend of transportation. In the third chapter, according to the survey data of traffic volume from Dajiawa to Weigao junction in Binhai, the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, combination prediction and so on are used to analyze the current situation and problems of S223 highway. Forecast future traffic increment and development trend traffic volume, and forecast and analyze the development prospect of the project. Chapter IV mainly describes the construction conditions of the project, from the terrain, geology, hydrology, climate, The construction of the project is analyzed under the conditions of road construction materials and transportation. This paper relies on the reconstruction project of Binhai Dajiawa to Weigao section of S223 Weichang Line, combined with the theory of the necessity of highway engineering reconstruction, and analyzes the traffic volume demand and project technical analysis in the necessity study of the reconstructed highway project. The project comprehensive analysis has carried on the practice research, has provided the practice application theory for the highway reconstruction project necessity research.
