【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)集裝箱碼頭裝卸作業(yè)收益最大化,采用估時作業(yè)成本法將碼頭裝卸作業(yè)成本分攤到客戶對象(船公司)上,為后續(xù)研究收益最大化提供精確成本分攤信息.基于船公司成本分攤情況,構建帶有懲罰費率的折扣機制,并利用粒子群算法對折扣價、懲罰費率、折扣點進行精確求解.以上海港某碼頭為例,通過求解模型得到:2015年10月的最佳折扣點為11 956 TEU,折扣價為413元/TEU,懲罰費率48元/TEU,碼頭在該項業(yè)務上收益增加180 771元.算例表明,該折扣機制有助于集裝箱碼頭裝卸作業(yè)實現(xiàn)收益最大化.
[Abstract]:In order to maximize the income of container terminal loading and unloading operation, the cost of loading and unloading operation of terminal is allocated to the customer (shipping company) by the method of estimating time and activity cost, which provides accurate cost sharing information for the benefit maximization of follow-up research. Based on the cost allocation of the shipping company, a discount mechanism with penalty rate is constructed, and the discount price, penalty rate and discount point are solved accurately by using particle swarm optimization (PSO). By solving the model, the best discount point in October 2015 is 11,956 TEU, the discount price is 413 yuan / TEU, the penalty rate is 48 Yuan / TEU, and the profit of the terminal is increased by 180,771 yuan. The example shows that the discount mechanism is helpful to maximize the revenue of container terminal loading and unloading operation.
