攤鋪機熨平板多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率和攤鋪機攤鋪密實度有著很密切的聯(lián)系,針對很多類型的攤鋪機不能實時反饋熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率,對攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率的控制是一開環(huán)控制這一情況,為了進一步提高攤鋪機攤鋪密實度,本文提出并且開發(fā)出一個能實時檢測攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率的多頻測試系統(tǒng)。對攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率與攤鋪密實度之間的關系進行了理論和實驗研究,得到了攤鋪機熨平板振動器振動頻率、振搗裝置振搗頻率以及攤鋪速度與攤鋪密實度之間的關系曲線圖。測量頻率的方法很多,對比分析了檢測頻率的各種方法,提出了采用基于離散型傅里葉變換的軟件測頻法來實現(xiàn)對攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率的檢測。對多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)的總體方案進行了設計,給出了多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)的基本組成。對攤鋪機熨平板多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)的硬件部分進行了設計,設計出了加速度信號和速度信號的調(diào)理電路原理圖以及測試系統(tǒng)的底板電路原理圖。對攤鋪機熨平板多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)的軟件部分進行了設計,搭建了測試系統(tǒng)的軟件工作平臺,設計了信號采集模塊驅(qū)動程序以及應用程序,提出了一種采用基于基二時分的傅里葉變換法來減少計算機運算量的方法。對攤鋪機多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)進行了實物設計,在實驗室及施工現(xiàn)場進行了相關的實驗驗證,實驗結(jié)果表明,通過攤鋪機熨平板多頻振動測試系統(tǒng)測出來的測量值是正確的,通過攤鋪機調(diào)節(jié)裝置調(diào)節(jié)出來的調(diào)節(jié)值存在一定的誤差,并不能代表攤鋪機熨平板振動系統(tǒng)振動頻率的實際值。
[Abstract]:The vibration frequency of paver ironing plate vibration system is closely related to the spreading density of paver. For many kinds of pavers, they can not feedback the vibration frequency of ironing plate vibration system in real time. The control of vibration frequency of paver ironing plate vibration system is an open-loop control. In order to further improve the spreading density of paver, This paper presents and develops a multi-frequency measuring system which can detect the vibration frequency of paver ironing plate vibration system in real time. The relationship between vibration frequency and spreading density of paver ironing plate vibration system is studied theoretically and experimentally, and the vibration frequency of paver ironing plate vibrator is obtained. The curve diagram of the relation between the frequency of vibrating and spreading speed and the degree of spreading density. There are many methods to measure the frequency. This paper compares and analyzes the various methods of detecting the frequency, and puts forward the software frequency measurement method based on discrete Fourier transform to detect the vibration frequency of the paver ironing plate vibration system. The overall scheme of the multi-frequency vibration testing system is designed, and the basic composition of the multi-frequency vibration testing system is given. The hardware part of the testing system for multi-frequency vibration of paver ironing plate is designed. The circuit schematic diagram of acceleration signal and velocity signal and the circuit diagram of bottom board of test system are designed. The software part of the testing system for multi-frequency vibration of paver ironing plate is designed. The software working platform of the testing system is built, and the driver program and application program of signal acquisition module are designed. In this paper, a method of reducing computer operation by Fourier transform based on basis 2 time division is proposed. The multi-frequency vibration testing system of paver is designed and verified in laboratory and construction site. The experimental results show that the measured value of multi-frequency vibration test system of paver ironing plate is correct. There is a certain error in the adjustment value by the paver regulating device, which can not represent the actual value of vibration frequency of the paver ironing plate vibration system.
