【摘要】:針對(duì)多目標(biāo)獨(dú)占性電動(dòng)汽車路徑問(wèn)題,提出了基于時(shí)間敏感系數(shù)的客戶滿意度評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù),時(shí)間敏感系數(shù)體現(xiàn)了客戶對(duì)未能在指定的時(shí)間窗口內(nèi)得到服務(wù)的容忍程度。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了該問(wèn)題的一個(gè)新的混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,其優(yōu)化目標(biāo)為最小化車輛空載行駛里程的同時(shí),最大化客戶滿意度。為了提高粒子群算法的全局搜索能力,提出了通過(guò)增加粒子去心鄰域最優(yōu)值,從而增加粒子共享信息類型的改進(jìn)粒子群算法,并從粒子更新方向的角度分析其改進(jìn)機(jī)理。針對(duì)客戶均勻分布和非均勻分布的兩個(gè)測(cè)試算例的求解結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)粒子群算法能得到更好的解。對(duì)時(shí)間敏感系數(shù)的分析結(jié)果表明,在保持客戶滿意度水平一定的前提下,運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本隨著客戶時(shí)間敏感系數(shù)的增大而增加。
[Abstract]:A time sensitive coefficient based customer satisfaction evaluation function is proposed to solve the multi-objective exclusive electric vehicle routing problem. The time sensitivity coefficient reflects the customer's tolerance of not being served in a specified time window. On this basis, a new mixed integer programming model is constructed. The optimization goal is to minimize vehicle no-load mileage and to maximize customer satisfaction. In order to improve the global searching ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to increase the information type of particle sharing by increasing the optimal value of the neighborhood of particle discenting, and the improved mechanism is analyzed from the point of view of the direction of particle renewal. The results of two test examples for customer uniform distribution and non-uniform distribution show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can get a better solution. The analysis results of time sensitivity coefficient show that the operating cost of transportation enterprises increases with the increase of customer time sensitivity coefficient under the premise of maintaining a certain level of customer satisfaction.
