核心混凝土脫空對鋼管混凝土拱肋面內(nèi)穩(wěn)定的影響

【摘要】:鋼管混凝土拱是一種鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)。承載力高,跨越能力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點使其廣泛應(yīng)用于大跨拱橋的建設(shè)之中。但通過對已建成拱橋的檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)拱肋的混凝土存在不同程度的脫空現(xiàn)象,脫空影響拱肋的穩(wěn)定性,為拱橋的安全運營帶來隱患,F(xiàn)行規(guī)范規(guī)程在計算拱肋面內(nèi)承載力時,對脫空考慮不充分,側(cè)重于采取施工措施對其進(jìn)行防治。本文就脫空對拱肋面內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性的影響展開了研究,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)采用ANSYS建立鋼管混凝土拱肋有限元模型,將有限元分析結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者基本吻合,驗證了有限元模型的可靠性。對比了相同脫空率下縱向、徑向、球冠型三種脫空截面形式的有限元分析結(jié)果,確定了合理的脫空截面計算模型。對全跨、半跨均布多點集中力作用下的拋物線拱、懸鏈線拱、圓弧線拱進(jìn)行了內(nèi)力分析,確定了拱肋的受力性質(zhì)。(2)歸納總結(jié)了現(xiàn)行四部可用于設(shè)計鋼管混凝土拱肋的規(guī)范規(guī)程。以四部規(guī)范規(guī)程對脫空拱肋進(jìn)行設(shè)計,并與有限元分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,考察四部規(guī)范規(guī)程對脫空拱肋設(shè)計的安全性。(3)拱肋在全跨、半跨均布多點集中力作用下為壓彎構(gòu)件,宜采用M-N相關(guān)方程對其進(jìn)行設(shè)計。本文考慮矢跨比、含鋼率、混凝土強(qiáng)度、鋼材強(qiáng)度和長細(xì)比五個參數(shù),對1116個鋼管混凝土拱肋的模型進(jìn)行了有限元分析,對《拱形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ/T249-2011)的設(shè)計公式進(jìn)行修正,將修正后公式的設(shè)計結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,驗證了本文修正后公式的可靠度。
[Abstract]:Concrete filled steel tube arch is a kind of steel-concrete composite structure. The advantages of high bearing capacity and strong span capacity make it widely used in the construction of long span arch bridge. However, through the inspection of the arch bridge, it is found that the concrete of arch rib has different degree of void phenomenon, which affects the stability of arch rib and brings hidden trouble to the safe operation of arch bridge. In calculating the bearing capacity of arch rib plane, the current code is not enough to consider the void, and puts emphasis on taking construction measures to prevent and cure it. In this paper, the effect of void removal on the stability of arch rib surface is studied. The concrete arch rib model is established by ANSYS. The finite element analysis results are compared with the experimental results, and it is found that the two models are in good agreement with each other. The reliability of the finite element model is verified. The finite element analysis results of longitudinal, radial and spherical cross sections with the same void ratio are compared, and a reasonable calculation model of void section is established. The internal forces of parabola arch, catenary arch and circular arc arch under the action of multi-point concentrated force are analyzed, and the mechanical properties of arch rib are determined. By comparing with the results of finite element analysis, the safety of the four-part code for the design of the empty arch rib is investigated. The arch rib is a bending member under the action of full span, half span uniform distribution and multi-point concentrated force. M-N correlation equation should be used to design it. In this paper, considering the five parameters of rise-span ratio, steel ratio, concrete strength, steel strength and slenderness ratio, the finite element analysis of 1116 concrete filled steel tubular arch ribs is carried out, and the design formula of JGJ / T249-2011) is revised. The design results of the modified formula are compared with the results of finite element analysis, and the reliability of the modified formula is verified.
