高速鐵路大型橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)維修PHM系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用初探

【摘要】:針對我國高速鐵路橋梁管理養(yǎng)護(hù)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出應(yīng)用PHM(Prognostics and Health Management)技術(shù)對高速鐵路大型橋梁進(jìn)行服役狀態(tài)管理。高速鐵路大型橋梁PHM系統(tǒng)依托于3S網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)和BIM(Building Information Modeling)模型,應(yīng)用先進(jìn)傳感技術(shù)對車-線-橋-環(huán)境開展一體化實(shí)時監(jiān)測,并通過智能巡檢進(jìn)行橋梁病害定位統(tǒng)計(jì)與橋梁服役狀態(tài)評估。利用數(shù)據(jù)融合技術(shù)對多源數(shù)據(jù)開展歷史趨勢分析與相關(guān)性研究,進(jìn)行故障診斷與預(yù)測,以實(shí)現(xiàn)高速鐵路橋梁RAMS(Reliabitity,Availability,Maintainabitity,Safety)管理。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation and existing problems in the management and maintenance of high-speed railway bridges in China, this paper puts forward the application of PHM(Prognostics and Health management technology to the service state management of large-scale high-speed railway bridges. Based on the 3s network architecture and the BIM(Building Information modeling model, the PHM system of large bridge in high-speed railway is integrated and real-time monitored by advanced sensing technology. And through the intelligent inspection of bridge disease location statistics and bridge service status evaluation. Using data fusion technology to carry out historical trend analysis and correlation study of multi-source data, fault diagnosis and prediction are carried out to realize the management of high-speed railway bridge RAMSReliabitityn availability (Maintainabitityn Safetyn).
