河北省國道107北互通連接線路面檢測評估與處治研究

【摘要】:交通運輸行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,公路在經濟發(fā)展中承擔的角色越來越重要,公路路面作用的荷載亦逐漸增大,在重載作用下的破壞現(xiàn)象增多,現(xiàn)有道路設計指標及參數不適宜重載路面設計。目前,對于路面的檢測、病害處治等雖有一定研究,但對于重載路面的檢測評估、養(yǎng)護方案等相關研究不全面,并且重載引起的路面病害原因分析不明確。針對以上問題,本文依托河北省國道107北互通連接線,全面調查了路面狀況和病害特征,研究了基于結構組合特性的重載瀝青路面結構適應性,提出了河北省國道107北互通連接線路面病害處治和養(yǎng)護方案,對重載路面的檢測評估與病害處治具有重要意義。主要研究內容包括:(1)通過路面鉆芯和刨面分析,確定了路面的破損狀況及病害特征,基于鉆芯試樣的力學性能檢測、礦料級配檢測和瀝青性質檢測,測試和評價了瀝青面層基本性能,全面分析了河北省國道107北互通連接線瀝青路面病害原因。(2)全面分析了重載車輛軸載特征參數與分布,建立了超載作用下的瀝青路面數值模型,系統(tǒng)研究了超載作用下路表彎沉響應、路面結構層拉應力響應、壓應力響應和剪應力響應,評價了超載作用下瀝青路面疲勞壽命,針對結構參數對瀝青路面結構力學行為影響進行了研究,基于結構特性對重載瀝青路面損壞原因進行了分析。(3)依據瀝青路面病害處理方案,對河北省國道107互通連接線路面養(yǎng)護方案進行了比選與推薦,規(guī)劃了養(yǎng)護方案,提出了河北省重載干線公路瀝青路面結構建議。論文研究內容對于確定重載干線公路路面破損原因和增強路面養(yǎng)護方案的科學性具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of transportation industry, the role of highway in economic development is becoming more and more important, and the load of road surface is gradually increasing, and the damage phenomenon under heavy load is increasing. The existing road design indexes and parameters are not suitable for heavy load pavement design. At present, although there is some research on pavement detection, disease treatment and so on, the research on the detection and evaluation of heavy load pavement, maintenance scheme and so on is not comprehensive, and the cause analysis of pavement disease caused by heavy load is not clear. In view of the above problems, this paper, relying on the connection line of Hebei Province National Road 107, comprehensively investigated the pavement condition and disease characteristics, and studied the structural adaptability of heavy duty asphalt pavement based on structural combination characteristics. This paper puts forward the treatment and maintenance scheme of pavement diseases on the North Connect Line 107 National Road in Hebei Province, which is of great significance to the detection, evaluation and treatment of heavy load pavement. The main research contents include: (1) through pavement core drilling and plane surface analysis, the damage status and disease characteristics of pavement are determined. Based on the testing of mechanical properties of drill core samples, mineral aggregate gradation test and asphalt property test, The basic performance of asphalt surface layer is tested and evaluated, and the cause of asphalt pavement disease on the North Connect Line 107 of Hebei Province is analyzed. (2) the characteristic parameters and distribution of axle load of heavy duty vehicle are analyzed. The numerical model of asphalt pavement under overload is established, and the deflection response of pavement surface, tensile stress response, compressive stress response and shear stress response of pavement structure under overload action are systematically studied, and the fatigue life of asphalt pavement under overload action is evaluated. The influence of structural parameters on the mechanical behavior of asphalt pavement structure is studied. Based on the structural characteristics, the causes of heavy duty asphalt pavement damage are analyzed. This paper compares and recommends the pavement maintenance scheme of the 107 national highway connecting line in Hebei Province, plans the maintenance scheme, and puts forward some suggestions on the asphalt pavement structure of Hebei heavy haul trunk highway. The research content of this paper has important practical significance for determining the causes of pavement breakage and enhancing the scientific nature of pavement maintenance scheme for heavy-haul trunk highway.
