灌縫膠失效判別方法及自愈性研究

【摘要】:利用灌縫膠對路面裂縫進(jìn)行灌縫修補(bǔ),是目前我國處理路面裂縫病害最有效、簡捷且廣泛的維修方法。通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)灌縫膠在服役過程中產(chǎn)生的一些損壞形式,在一定程度上可以自愈。如何定量地評價(jià)灌縫膠在實(shí)際使用過程中的損壞情況,同時(shí)考慮灌縫膠自愈性的影響因素,建立灌縫膠的失效判別方法,為灌縫膠損壞中難以自愈的部分提供一個(gè)必要的科學(xué)界定,將為道路養(yǎng)護(hù)者提供重新灌縫決策的依據(jù),以及科學(xué)合理的灌縫膠更替時(shí)機(jī)。主要工作包括以下幾點(diǎn):首先,對綏滿高速和琿烏高速2個(gè)調(diào)查路段上的灌縫膠開展了為期6個(gè)月的現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,總結(jié)得到了灌縫膠的典型損壞形式,制定了灌縫膠損壞調(diào)查指標(biāo)和相應(yīng)的調(diào)查方法;結(jié)合圖像和數(shù)據(jù),分析了灌縫膠的損壞發(fā)展趨勢和各損壞調(diào)查指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律;綜合考慮灌縫膠各損壞指標(biāo)的影響,建立了不同灌縫施工工藝下的灌縫膠損壞評價(jià)模型。其次,分析得到灌縫膠各類損壞形式的產(chǎn)生原因及其對路面性能和灌縫膠自身性能的影響。研究表明:自然老化和路面溫度應(yīng)力的作用,是灌縫膠表面產(chǎn)生網(wǎng)狀裂紋的主要原因;自然老化會(huì)使灌縫膠中的SBS等改性劑發(fā)生分解;自然老化會(huì)使灌縫膠的錐入度降低、軟化點(diǎn)升高、玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度升高、低溫拉伸性能變差,灌縫膠在使用過程中會(huì)過早開裂,密水功能遭到破壞,路面性能進(jìn)一步受到影響。再次,選定了灌縫膠力學(xué)性自愈和功能性自愈的評價(jià)指標(biāo),并分析了灌縫膠的自愈性影響因素。研究表明:低溫性能好的灌縫膠承載能力較強(qiáng),高溫性能好的灌縫膠力學(xué)性自愈能力較強(qiáng);不同的灌縫膠在一定的溫度下自愈一定時(shí)間后,其粘附性裂縫都能愈合,低溫拉伸性能都會(huì)有不同程度的恢復(fù);裂縫寬度越小、自愈溫度越高、自愈時(shí)間越長、粘結(jié)環(huán)境越潔凈,灌縫膠的自愈程度越高;自愈后的灌縫膠,其密水性能夠完全恢復(fù)。最后,結(jié)合灌縫膠室內(nèi)自愈試驗(yàn)和灌縫膠的真實(shí)服役環(huán)境,制定了灌縫膠的失效判別指標(biāo)和失效判別標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了灌縫膠的失效判別方法并詳細(xì)介紹灌縫膠失效判別的流程。
[Abstract]:It is the most effective, simple and extensive maintenance method to repair pavement cracks by filling glue at present in our country. Through field investigation, it is found that some damage forms of seams in service can be healed to a certain extent. How to quantitatively evaluate the damage of seams in practical use, and consider the factors that affect the self-healing of the seams, and establish the failure discrimination method of the seams. This paper provides a necessary scientific definition for the difficult self-healing part of the jointing glue damage, which will provide the road maintainer with the basis for the decision of refilling joint, and the scientific and reasonable replacement time of the seams. The main work includes the following points: first of all, a six-month field investigation was carried out on the jointed glue in Sui-Man Expressway and Huiwu Expressway, and the typical damage forms of the jointing glue were summarized. According to the image and data, the damage development trend and the change law of each damage index are analyzed, and the influence of each damage index is considered synthetically. The damage evaluation model of grouting joint under different construction technology is established. Secondly, the causes of various damage forms and their effects on pavement performance and sealant properties are analyzed. The results show that natural aging and pavement temperature stress are the main causes of the network crack on the surface of the filling joint glue, the natural aging will decompose the SBS and other modifiers in the seams, and the natural aging will reduce the cone penetration of the seams. With the increase of softening point, the glass transition temperature increases, the tensile property at low temperature becomes worse, the joint filling adhesive cracks prematurely, the function of water density is destroyed, and the pavement performance is further affected. Thirdly, the evaluation indexes of mechanical self-healing and functional self-healing were selected, and the influencing factors of self-healing were analyzed. The results show that the filling seams with good low temperature and high temperature properties have better bearing capacity and mechanical self-healing ability, and the adhesive cracks of different seams can heal after self-healing at a certain temperature for a certain time. The lower the crack width, the higher the self-healing temperature, the longer the self-healing time, the cleaner the bonding environment and the higher the self-healing degree of the seams. Finally, according to the self-healing test and the real service environment, the failure discriminant index and criterion are established, and the failure discrimination method is put forward and the flow chart is introduced in detail.
