層狀圍巖隧道穩(wěn)定性及錨桿支護優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】:我國國土面積廣闊,這便造就我國地質結構獨有的復雜性特點,其中最普遍的就是層狀構造的巖石,大約占到我國國土面積的77.3%,同時也占到全世界陸地面積的約66.6%。由于巖石的這種顯著層理構造,導致其構造變形方面以及強度等物理性質方面表現出各向異性的特點,所以層狀巖石的破壞形式以及機制都與其它巖體表現出顯著的差異性。除此之外,在隧道工程建設領域經常會遇到大量與層狀巖體穩(wěn)定性等相關的問題,因此,針對層狀巖體隧道在開挖過程中的穩(wěn)定性等問題展開研究已經顯得迫切需要。本文在理論研究的基礎上,借助于FLAC3D數值模擬軟件對不同傾角層狀圍巖隧道穩(wěn)定性以及層狀圍巖中錨桿的支護效果進行研究,研究的成果為層狀圍巖隧道穩(wěn)定性分析以及錨桿支護結構的設計提供經驗,另一方面也可節(jié)約資金,獲得良好的經濟效益,所以,從理論研究和經濟的角度來講都具有重要的意義。本文主要研究的內容可以分為以下方面:⑴查閱國內外相關文獻,對層狀巖體的力學特征、本構模型以及破壞準則進行歸納總結,確定文章的研究思路,進而得到層狀巖體隧道的破壞機制以及可對穩(wěn)定性造成影響的主要因素。⑵從隧道混合單元離散法模擬的基本原理出發(fā),借助數值模擬軟件FLAC3D建立不同傾角的層狀圍巖隧道模型,其中包括一個無層面模型以及傾角分別為0°、22.5°、45°、67.5°以及90°共六個模型,并分別對各個模型中圍巖的應力、位移、初期支護的受力特點、錨桿的軸力以及塑性區(qū)的變化規(guī)律進行研究。⑶從經濟的角度出發(fā),分別以0°、45°兩個模型為例,對錨桿的布置、錨桿的長度兩個方面提出了對層狀圍巖隧道錨桿優(yōu)化的建議。
[Abstract]:Our country has a vast territory, which brings up the unique characteristics of the geological structure of our country, the most common of which is the rock of layered structure, which accounts for about 77.3% of the land area of our country, and also accounts for about 66.6%. of the land area around the world because of this significant bedding structure of rock, which leads to its structural deformation and strength and so on. The physical properties show the characteristics of anisotropy, so the form and mechanism of the layered rock are obviously different from other rock masses. In addition, many problems related to the stability of layered rock are often encountered in the field of tunnel construction. Therefore, the stability of the layered rock tunnel in the process of excavation is stable. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper studies the stability of different dip layered surrounding rock tunnel and the support effect of anchor bolt in layered surrounding rock with the help of FLAC3D numerical simulation software. The research results are the stability analysis of the layered surrounding rock tunnel and the design of the bolt supporting structure. Providing experience, on the other hand, can save money and obtain good economic benefits, so it is of great significance in both theoretical research and economic perspective. The main contents of this paper can be divided into the following aspects: (1) consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and summarizing the mechanical characteristics, constitutive models and failure criteria of layered rock mass. To sum up, determine the research ideas of the article, and then get the failure mechanism of the layered rock tunnel and the main factors that can affect the stability. 2. Based on the basic principle of the discrete method simulation of the tunnel mixing element, the numerical simulation software FLAC3D is used to establish the layered surrounding rock tunnel model with different inclination angles, including a non layered model. And the dip angles are 0, 22.5, 45, 67.5 and 90 degrees, respectively. The stress and displacement of the surrounding rock in each model, the stress characteristics of the initial support, the axial force of the anchor and the change law of the plastic zone are studied respectively. 3. From the economic point of view, the arrangement of bolt and the anchor bolt are taken as an example of 0 and 45 degrees, respectively. Length two aspects put forward suggestions for optimization of tunnel bolts in layered surrounding rock.
